DISGUSTING! This is the WORST bank I have EVER been to in my lifetime. The FEES are outrageous if you get caught by surprise in an overdraft that the bank incurs. I was under the understanding that I closed my account. When I was informed by e-mail it was still open daily fees, monthly bogus charges and rude employees with no ...are your only answer. This bank offers all kinds of TRICKS to get you through their door. Dont fall prey to their rediculous fees and under par customer service. I HAVE NEVER seen dysfunction at this level. These banking procedures are what caused AMERICA to be broke. By having bogus fees and regulations. I am warning you...Steer clear of this smelly potent pig of a bank they stink of america wallet rot. SHAME ON YOU TCF...SHAME ON YOU!

Probably one of the worst bank i have banked with! Customer services is terrible they make you wait long time at window to help you and draft fees are outraged and cash deposit on atm takes couples of days to be available. Overall experience is not up to a professional bank standards. Every customer counts i always say.
