Hard money bankers secured my future by making the impossible possible. I am a current law-enforcement officer who has been on the job for 22years and I am giving this review on my free will with nothing to gain. Sometime in 2013, I had just spent most of my government TSP fund on buying a house that ended up as a loss. I was frustrated and had given up when my wife called my attention to another house that was on the market and was considered to be a good deal. I did not have money left at the time and everyone or bank that I reached out to, turned me down. My wife google for loan company and we were able to identify Hard Money Bankers. I initiated contact with the company and they were very professional and very convincing that they could resolve my problem. They immediately engaged with the seller and even though I had bad credit, they worked with me all the way to closing. I paid my monthly fee as agreed but was not able to payoff the loan as agreed however, Hard Money Banker was able to extend the duration of the loan and eventually recommend my loan to another investor that lowered my interest rate to make it affordable for me until the loan was paid off. I can clearly recommend Hard Money Bankers to anyone who is committed to investing in real estate. I intend to use them again in the near future to secure another investment.

Hard Money Bankers was in line with other lenders of this industry as far as pricing. Their service, however, was far superior to any other hard/private money lender that I have used in the past. They funded my investment property purchase on the exact day that was necessary, without any complications. As a property investor who needs to take advantage of opportunity where time is of the essence, Hard Money Bankers definitely delivered and did exactly as they said. This is extremely rare in this business. I will also add, that I had a question about some accounting, after the draw, and the question was completely answered, and explained perfectly, so maintenance of the loan is also in good hands with this company. I certainly recommend them for investment properties lending needs.

The process by which to borrow money is very clear, and I have found that everyone involved in the transaction is dedicated to getting to the closing table. More importantly, the communication continues throughout the rehabbing process. We as investors must always consider fees associated with borrowing money, and then we must weigh out what our ROI is by limiting our capital involvement.....that is what hard money is for. The folks at HMB are great! They were able to approve the loan, complete the closing within a tight time-frame, and disburse the escrow funds promptly. They offer many other programs to assist investors as they clearly recognize that the more successful their clients are, the more successful they are. I recommend anyone contemplating entering the Real Estate Investment sector, to contact HMB prior to signing a contract, as there are many factors that need to be considered that they can discuss with you.
