Classy Runner

Yay, we got the house!!! It Really happened. We are still in shock over it. I like Exit Mortgage alot. I heard about them from a friend and I wanted to give it a try because I was with another bank before and I just wanted to get something different and try and see who had a better deal. Exit made it very quick and easy. We went for a home loan with them and bought a house for a rental and I would recommend our loan officer, Al Soumah to anyone. Mr. Al Soumah is amazing. He was able to do what no loan officer was able to do for us in 9 years of mortgage applications with other lenders. Because of our past experiences, we were a bit skeptical and nervous throughout the lengthy process, but Al was always reassuring, positive, and transparent; more importantly, everything came through as expected. I happily and unreservedly recommend Al Soumah. He is excellent and is very prompt. He was very responsive and super helpful. I had a lot of first-timer questions and he was very good about his answers and walked me through the entire process to make sure I understood everything. He even worked on the weekends. I had a fast closing, and everything was done very quickly. Not to mention the customer service was superb. I had a great experience with Exit Mortgage overall. I appreciate that they go above and beyond making sure we got the loan.

Recently, we had opportunity to meet Guiter Artum and Dr. Indru Jashnani of Exit Mortgage LLC. We used to live in a rental property for the past several years. They worked with us in showing us how we can purchase a house (significantly better than our rental house) get a VA mortgage with absolutely no payment out of pocket and qualify for a house. We did have some issues in getting a mortgage such as we got married, cleared up our credit and buy this beautiful home. Pam was always available for questions and concerns. If she was not available at anytime she responded expediently. The loan process can be a bumpy ride and sometimes discouraging. She just had a way of smoothing out the ride. Pam was always professional, thorough and had our best interest at hand. From our personal experience, I would say she is the best!

I never work before with Exit Morgatge LLC but the loan officer Al Soumah was the one working with my client before we started looking for properties! I feel very disappointed with him! I spent months working with my client, I spent time and money because he assured me that he can get her qualified for an unbelievable amount. His lack of communication is the worst of all. I know this is just business but my client and I really trusted him.
