Worst experience i have ever had dealing with any financial institution i am still trying to figure out how you can recieve 8 overdraft fees and not be over drawn dont believe it. I will post the picture you can look for yourselves. I called customer service if thats what you want to call it after an hour and a half of them telling me they didnt know what i was talking about and it is normal to get overdraft fees on every transaction. I thought it would be a good idea to go to my local branch. Still same answer?? If you have 5 apples and take away 4 you should still have 1 apple! Not with Christian Financial no after your first and second apple were used you occur 2 overdraft fees and you even though you still have 3 apples you got charged 28 apples each time ???? Stay away from this credit union tell your friends tell your family post on all social media IF YOU BANK HERE YOU WILL BE ROBBED BY THE INSTITUTION!!!

Recently went to the Harper Woods location and they would not accept a payroll check I was trying to deposit in my saving account because the "supervisor" said the amount on the check stud did not add up - (which it did) - have been depositing the same check for years - very disappointed will not go back, but maybe that is what they wanted

I attempted to go to this bank about 15 times to make deposits, pull money, check my balance, etc. 95% of the time the atms do not work or are not in service. I stopped coming to this location
