Nick was recommended by our realtor and he did not disappoint. As first time home buyers we were a little intimidated by the process and language that is used. Nick spent time over the phone breaking everything down and providing suggestions on how to proceed. He made the preapproval process simple. Once the property was under contract he continued to follow up during the appraisal, etc. We really enjoyed working with Nick. He is VERY quick to respond and made the entire process as simple as possible. We would recommend him to anyone.

We just closed on our house and everything went very smoothly. We were first time home buyers and doing a double job change aligned with the move which added complications. Nick and his team (Pat and others) worked with us to make sure we had everything settled to get underwriter approval AND at a lower rate than the big banks. Getting it all handled only took a few weeks so no concerns at all with timing. Not planning on needing another mortgage anytime soon but overall very happy and strongly recommend Nick and his team at George Mason.

Nick & his team were given quite the challenge when our original contract fell through. From the 10% down with seller credit for closing costs, to the easy online application, to the extremely rapid underwriting, appraisal and heroic patience and support with a seller who did not close for 3 1/2 months. Nick was always available by cell even on Christmas Eve. I love him. With Nick, you will not have to worry about your loan!
