These people have no regard for their clients time or satisfaction. My loan was sold to a 3rd party, servicing rights given to a 2nd party and when I sent in a payment with their voucher slip it was lost for 3 weeks. I spent hours on the phone with OnQ, made an extra payment online, left my # for a callback, never got a manager etc... They Suck.
