My Husband and I bought a home last year as an investment. I did some research and Alan Blood with Capital Financial Group was recommended to me as a possible choice for a Mortgage Broker. After talking with several Loan professionals. We met with Alan at his office in Bountiful and really liked how helpful and informative he was about mortgage loans. He helped us get a good interest rate. He and his office were awesome to work with and kept us informed about how everything was moving. We loved that we were able to sign almost everything electronically, as Bountiful is quite a drive from where we live. Alan did exactly what he said and the price was good and was also exactly what he said it would be. Alan gave us other tips that have helped us in the new experience of being Landlords. We loved working with Alan and will definitely be calling him on any future loans and recommend him and his office highly!!!

As my husband and I began our journey to buy a home we decided that I would take a home buying class to learn what our best options were. Dillan Lewis taught the class and taught me so much. When I got home I told my husband all I could remember. We decided to not rule out all other options so we went to two credit unions and another broker. They were so disappointing and we were so discouraged, when it came down to it no-one else knew as much as Dillan nor did they have as many options for us. Everything went very smooth and it was well worth our time to choose Dillan, it was defiantly a headache free process thanks to his help.

Alan and his team were incredibly helpful in educating us about the lending and escrow process during our first home purchase. They were able to help us figure out exactly what we could qualify for, and were always responsive. When we did finally put in an offer, they were able to get us a pre-approval letter to go with our offer that was individualized to the property and the purchase details we were offering, which our Realtor said was very helpful in having our offer accepted. Throughout the escrow process they were helpful as well in explaining everything that was happening. We will certainly seek them out in the future!

I found Capital Financial Group (CFG) through a search of the BBB when I was considering refinancing my house. Alan and his team were great to work with. They were promt, responsive, knowledgable, and easy to work with. We were able to close on the loan in approximatley 2 weeks. The appraiser took a few days to contact me for the appraisal. I contacted CFG about the time I was waiting and CFG quickly resolved the issue, and the appraiser contacted me that same day. Bottom line, I would recommend Capital Financial Group for a refinance and will visit CFG in the future with any further real estate financing.

We worked with Dillan Lewis based on a recommendation of a close friend. He did not disappoint. One of our major priorities was closing fast. We scheduled a Wednesday closing date so that we could get the home funded and be ready to move in by Saturday. A few days before closing our date had to be pushed back. Dillan worked to ensure that we were able to close and the home was funded on Friday to ensure that we could still move in on Saturday. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.
