Cody the manager locked a loan for me and he was aware I notified the other lender I was considering. And then the next day I call Cody and when I spoke with him he notified me that he would be doing too much work to process my loans and the fees he quoted me were not worth the effort and decided not to process my loan. Terrible business practice -- stay far away as his word has no value
