He provided me with a clear and specific checklist to start the process. If I needed any answers to questions along the way, he was a phone call away or he responded immediately to email or text messages that I sent him. Shy of holding my hand through this process, which can be very stressful and overwhelming, Floyd was reassuring and comforted me when I felt the feeling of "this is too much".
