Shannon and her assistant Kat with Hallmark Mortgage were fantastic to work with in our home purchase. Shannon was very low pressure and helped to educate my wife and I on everything we needed to know about our loan and the buying process from the mortgage side. Shannon and her team did an excellent job of keeping the timeline in place with all paperwork so we went to closing with everything ready to go. Shannon got us the right product and rate, but most importantly she always had top notch service, even after meeting Shannon only once it felt like we were working with a long time and trusted friend. I worked with Dan Kazell. Dan is a professional at what he does. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. When we put an offer down on a house he personally called the sellers agent and told them why we were great candidates. This personal touch can make a difference in the tough Colorado market. Every document and detail was complete weeks before closing, making the entire process feel easy. As first time home-buyers, it was helpful to have his expertise and detail going over the loan documents. I would recommend Dan to anyone who is a first time home buyer.
