I initially met with Christy Balsbaugh and was very satisfied with her level of expertise and overall knowledge. She was very helpful in walking my fiance and I through the process, as we are first time buyers. During our loan process she introduced us to more members of her team. Monika Haskin, Lauren Beal, and Brandi Elgen, were all help and pleasant to work with.
