We had Wind damage on our Northglenn home, called my insurance company they send a company out who said I needed a new roof. Then insurance company disagrees with that opinion and said just tack down some shingles and my roof is old anyway. I called Roofworx for a second opinion and Victor responded. He came out, checked out our roof by walking it and by drone and agreed that it needed replaced- he then offered to meet with our insurance company adjuster. They walked the roof together and lo and behold...We needed a new roof and insurance would pay for it. Roofworx used quality GAF materials, tore off and hauled away the old roof, installed a quality new roof on our home in one 11.5 hour day. Passed inspection with no problem and the best part- I paid my deductible and Farmers paid the rest. We would not hesitate to use Thornton Roofworxs again and recommend them without reservation.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Roof Worx. My wife was very sick and passed away just as we were getting started with the project. So I needed a company I could count on. Everyone from the guys who came to do the initial inspection to the office staff, project managers, and work crews were courteous and knowledgeable. The workmanship is topnotch. I had roof, guttering, and windows replaced and siding painted. They kept me updated on the status of each step, and each work crew completed their work timely and cleaned up after themselves. The billing department was very patient and helped me get the paperwork for the mortgage to sign off on the payments. Roof Worx made this project hassle free at a time that I really needed it to be hassle free. Thank you Roof Worx!

My roof was 22 years old and in need of being replaced. I contacted Roof Worx and Brian came out right away. He inspected the roof, then talked with me about the options I had for replacing my asphalt shingles including recommending a color that I am very happy with. The estimate Brian provided was very detailed allowing me to understand exactly what my roof would cost. I added some upgrades that helped with my homeowners insurance from the information Brian provided. The crew doing the work was very careful removing the old roof and very quality conscious installing the new one. They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with the job Roof Worx did. I recommend letting them take a look at any roofing job you might have!

Roof Worx redid the roof on the building where my business is located. They left the roof exposed over a weekend and I had a torrential downpour come through my ceiling, destroying multiple ceiling tiles (which they have yet to replace) and damaging my alarm system (which they have not reimbursed yet). Now that the roof work is done, I still have leaks in the old spots but I also have leaks in new areas. I am not at all happy with the response I get when I call requesting ceiling tile replacement and payment for my alarm system. They tell me they are working on it and it has been well over a month now.

I recently worked with Victor and his crew at Roofworx replacing the gutters on my home. They were the most professional contractors I have worked with. From the initial bid to the final product, I was impressed. Victor is extremely helpful in selecting the proper product for the job and accurate to his bid! Roof Worx helped me when another roofer left me hanging. I was selling my home and we had one week to replace the roof. We had an insurance claim but it did not include everything needed and the original roofer would not return our calls. Roof Worx came in and was able to resolve all the issues with the insurance claim and install the roof within 1 week. They completed the job prior to our closing and it looked great. Roof Worx provided a very competitive quote, scheduled the rather large residential roof in Conifer and completed the work as scheduled. The new roof looks great. We had an issue and it was resolved to my satisfaction. Roof Worxs went out of their way to meet my expectations. The Jeffco county inspector specifically mentioned that the work was superior to other companies. I have dealt with two other roofers prior and Roof Worx is far superior!

Very unprofessional and harassing in dealing with monies on late payment when continually worked with Ted on trying to remedy payments back while offshore on business. No electronic payment capabilities, which made it difficult to hand deliver cheque while on urgent business in another country. Very unprofessional and would not recommend using them based on very poor customer service relationships in trying to remedy payments owed.

My house in Lafayette built in 1904 has plaster ceilings and I was quite concerned as a rain/snow storm was moving in on the day the roofing was scheduled to begin. I got a call from Scott asking if it would be ok to postpone the start date from Thursday to Tuesday because of the weather and I said lets do that. The work was done in two days and they cleaned up everything, a great job on a tricky Victorian roof.

I own glazed and confused donuts and Ted and his team did work for us, patching up another job done by a less reputable roofer. Ted and his team were so nice and professional it was a pleasure to work with them and they check up on us every other month to make sure we are dry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
