On or about August 3, 2013, Windsor Colorado was hit with wind, rain and a hail storm not seen in this area in a very long time. The damage was great to my area and on Sunday, August 4th, my son was on the roof trying to cover the solar tube which had been destroyed and the hail filled the tube and was slowly melting and dripping into my home. A representative of ECO Roof and Solar Tube ("ECO") drove by and offered to help my son cover the tube. Later that afternoon, I hired ECO to assist me in working with my adjuster to move the claim process along. This step was the most crucial step I took! I spoke with other neighbors about how the process was to work and the word spread quickly in this little neighborhood of the security offered by ECO in meeting with each individual adjuster to secure the most from our insurance companies. Within days, many residents in this section of our patio homes signed with ECO. The Project Manager was on site daily from approximately 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and it was that dedication to the people of this neighborhood that encouraged others in the area to sign on with ECO. Eleven homes in just this immediate area of Water Valley proudly display the signs of new roofs, gutters, paint jobs as well as replacement of their personal items. Perhaps you can tout the same results without ECO but we all agreed that having Shawn Standifer as our go-to-guy with all our questions and concerns made the process seamless. Shawn was visible all day and as neighbors were driving by they would stop and have immediate access to Shawn for their questions. This convenience spread throughout the neighborhood! Shawn is still here on September 19th (he lives in the mountains west of Denver) and is personally attending to replacing trim work and other outside necessities. There are some neighbors who saw the integrity Shawn represented, which reflects back on ECO and they signed on later with him. We all so appreciate what ECO has done for this neighborhood and most assuredly through their employee, Shawn Standifer. He brings a quality to his work that is not prevalent in every day service. I was referred to ECO Roof and Solar through a friend who is an HOA manager. I had a roof put on by someone my insurance company recommended, and after the first month, I had water leaking into my basement. In despair, Derek and Ryan came out, spent hours evaluating my poorly installed roof and ended up writing me a detailed report that I promptly shared with my insurance agent, the roofer, and the city official from the department that passed the roof without even getting on it. I did get a 2nd roof placed by the original roofer (that is policy, not preference), that AGAIN did not pass inspection. I am hoping to have ECO finally put on a roof I can be happy and secure with, as they were NICE enough to come out yet ANOTHER time to give me an estimate. They are professional, prompt, as nice as can be, and for an inexperienced homeowner, I feel that I can trust them (this is a huge deal). I would recommend them, and will, to any of my contacts.

After a hail storm in Windsor, Shawn Standifer was the first to knock on my door. He gave me his sales pitch to have my roof replaced but also he wanted to add value to my home. He wanted to sign me up at that time but I was skeptical and declined until I could do some research. Rather than give me a high-pressure sales talk, he encouraged me to do research. He also shared with me his philosophy of working in a certain neighborhood and as such I would have to wave every day to him. That was actually true, I saw him everyday. After researching Eco Roofing and Solar, I could not find any derogatory information so I signed up. What I got was more than just a roof. I got a Project Manager. He was present to make sure all work was done on my home, which included everything the insurance company authorized and more. I got more than a roof but also a friend. I would not have any problem recommending Shawn and Eco Roofing and Solar to anyone.

I have worked with the team at Eco Roof and Solar from both a professional and personal level. Professionally - I use to work as an HOA manager and ECO managed two separate, large hail damage claims at condominium complexes. The team at ECO took pride in completing both jobs and all of the headaches that go along with disrupting the lives of hundreds of residents along the way. The impact was minimum and the final product was a success. Personally - Seeing the success that ECO had with the condominium projects I was not surprised at all with how well my home was handled. My roof was damaged in a hail storm and Eco Roof and Solar did a free roof inspection, helped me walk through the process of filing a claim, and once my claim was filed they met the insurance adjuster at my house. My roof was totaled from the storm and when I received my paperwork from the insurance company I was so confused by what it all meant. A representative from Eco helped me to understand the paperwork and they became my representative in dealing with the insurance company. It was so nice to find a trustworthy company to come along side of me. I found them to be very professional, very educated on all of the latest roofing material products and very knowledgeable about insurance claims. My home was devastated by Hail and Rain in 2012 along with every other home in my neighborhood. My roof, siding, windows, vents, gutters, paint and fence had to be repaired or replaced. I had no idea who to use, and was referred to Eco by a friend. Being a single mom, I had no experience in any home repairs. Regardless, when I called Eco, a very friendly and accomodating woman named Maggie took my call and turned all my fear and anxiety into one of the best experiences I have ever had. In August 2013, Windsor Colorado had a terrible hail and wind storm. We had a lot of damage to our home. The damage included roof, gutters, siding, paint, staining, windows, outside light fixtures and vinyl fence. Shawn Standifer from Eco Roof and Solar met with our insurance adjuster and they discussed all the work that needed to be done on our home. Shawn made sure that all the work was completed on our home. We had a new roof installed within a week of the storm. All the other work was completed in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the work that was done. We thank Shawn for the outstanding way he handled this.

James Read took charge of all our needs and kept things on track. He worked with our insurance company to make sure all our hail damage was identified in our claim. His crew was efficient , neat and respectful of our landscaping. We have solar which had to be removed and reinstalled. I would suggest using private inspectors for the final approval as Denver is months behind with all the hail damaged roof replacements. It is cheap and gets your solar back up and working months sooner than waiting for Denver City to get it on their schedule. Denver has a list of approved private inspectors - call 311 for information.

Thanks so much to Mark Brown and his crew for taking care of my clients. After an Inspection showed the roof on a home under contract for sale needed replacing, Mark and his crew took care of everything. From arranging for old solar panels to be removed to the finished product. The crew showed up on the day scheduled, had all the materials on site and finished the work in one day on a 3700 square foot home. The new home owners, my clients and I all agreed, the work completed was more than satisfactory to everyone. Thanks Mark for taking care of all the details.

They called my work and left a message that they "had concerns about our roof and to call back right away". There is a lot of construction, inspectors and such in the area, so I called back. I was disappointment to find, It was a bait and switch to get an appointment to inspect our roof. After saying we have a pretty new roof and have it inspected at least annually. They still asked if I wanted an inspection, I was pretty upset because the message they left had me worried, wasted my time and does not sound like a sales call. So I declined and hung up.

I did my research beforehand and had a few other companies give me quotes and Eco Roof & Solar was great in working with me on my roof quote. When your roof bill comes straight out of your pocket, ever penny counts! Eco worked with my on the estimate and was prompt in their response. I worked with Jeremy who was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. He kept me informed of when the crew would be coming out and let me know of delays (weather related). It was a smooth process overall and I would definitely recommend.

I had my roof replaced and a large solar tube installed in Sept 2016 and I am very satisfied with the product and service. Mark was the project manager and he was great to work with. I love my solar tube and was grateful to the crew for removing the wood stove that was in my house so they could use the chimney hole to install the solar tube. it was a big job and they were all very helpful. The roof was done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price.
