We hired them to "mud" jack our driveway. We have a long and steep driveway that had some issues that really needed attention. Danish came to do the work. We thought it would be a team of a few people, but it was only him. He did a great job and educated us along the way. We were told it would take 3 days to do this job by the estimator and it only took one day with a one person band. Thanks Danish! Now some notes about the company. They kept us informed as our scheduled gate came closer. They had us fill out forms for basement repair when we were having the driveway mudjacked. We told them that, but they never wrote back to say those forms were ok or oops we sent you the wrong form. Most of the form was not relevant at all. We paid a lot to have this job done. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was because we felt like a little bit of the professionalism fell through with forms and and with what we were told verses what it took to get the job done. Perhaps the crew needs to take the estimators around with them so they get a better idea of how long a job will actually take. Erik was our Estimator. They gave us a 5 year warranty on the work. The job was only done today and we are hoping it all went as good as it should have and that we will not need to bother them during that 5 years.

Saying loved it, as in loved the job the guys did and the result. No one loves tearing apart their finished basement. Lalo Galindo was our foreman and he was excellent. Communicated well throughout the 3 day process, kept the project on track and on schedule, addressed my concerns. He and his crew work so hard. The amount of work they completed in 3 days was incredible. The work done looks so good and professional. Our sales person Daniel Pierce was also very good. He was always available when I had questions about billing, etc. It was a tough few days as our finished basement revealed more problems after walls were opened up, but the company worked with me for best solutions and were compassionate about what it meant for my budget. This was a stressful situation, but I feel complete basement systems gave me the best option to correct the issues in my basement and now I have a life long dry basement guarantee!

I had major water problems in my crawl space. Jason Tate from Complete Basement systems came out and designed a system to solve this problem. He was very professional and and helpful. The work started and was completed on schedule. He kept checking during the process to make sure all was correct and has been in touch even after completed. I appreciate the care he has shown. It is working great so far and I have faith it will continue. The foreman on my job was Josue Zuniga. Josue (and his crew), were also very caring and talented workers and took care of any problems that arose. Jason and Josue, explained what was happening all the time to keep me informed. Ryan Siggers the marketing Director also came to the house to help me with an issue. They were all friendly, helpful, and I feel trustworthy and would come back willingly if need be. Thank you Jason, Josue, Ryan, and crew.

Robert and his assistant telephoned an hour before our appointment to let me know they were on their way. They arrived sooner than expected and promptly went to work to lift our front stoop. It took only a short time to restore the step to its proper height. We also had a large chip out of the concrete at the joint with the front entryway which Robert took care. In addition, he caulked the joint between the entryway and stoop so everything is waterproof. What was a tripping hazard has been eliminated. We are really happy with the quality of the work, the clean-up, and the friendliness of Robert and his assistant. This was well worth the wait since our first meeting with Danny when we made the decision to opt for poly level vice mud jacking. I would recommend this method to anyone else experiencing a problem with concrete settling.

Josh Milek and his crew did an outstanding job in my crawl space. They added a secondary beam, an additional post, and a moisture barrier. Finally, they epoxied a crack in our basement laundry room. They worked efficiently, finishing all work in two short days, and it looks great. Josh was pleasant and professional and responded to all of our needs. We had some specific goals for the sale of our house, and Josh listened patiently as we explained them before trying to accomplish exactly what we asked for. Finally, he went above and beyond by grinding/sanding the epoxied crack to improve its appearance when we asked him to. We appreciate Josh and his great crew and would definitely recommend this company. I would also add the Daniel, the point person for the project, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and responsive to our needs.

We have a huge crawl space that had water problems with the heavy rains this spring. The repairs and prevention work were extensive and Felipe and his crew did an awesome job installing the extensive system in the crawl space. They worked very hard and took good care of the home. Their quality of work was excellent and the communication great along the way. The sales person, Eric, was mindful of what I really needed and what would be too much for our crawl space system. He sold us only what we needed and let me evaluate what worked best for us. As a home inspector for 17 years I am truly impressed with the sale and installation of the system. The only negative is that there is a long wait for estimates and repairs. But the wait was worth it being done right. They are not cheap, but the best rarely is.

Josue Z and his crew were fantastic. I noted early after their on-time arrival that Josue had very good customer service. He explained the process in detail, answered questions and allowed me to view what they were doing and take pictures throughout the process. Whenever something needed to be confirmed or a decision made, he explained the options and gave logical advice. Josue and his crew were professional and hard-working. They finished the job ahead of schedule. The following week, we had a small concern about the curing of the cement and reached out to the basement systems support staff who took the time to listen and view pictures we took. They assured us what we were seeing was normal. I feel confident that are installed system will solve our problems.

Daniel Pierce came out, discussed our basement problem with me in a clear manner and provided a proposal which I readily accepted to lift our floating slab which had sunk 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. Today, Jacob Bass arrived to perform the work. He was extremely professional and described what he was doing during every step in the process. But beyond that, he double checked other areas of the basement and made affirmative recommendations for us to preclude future issues. I was extremely favorably impressed throughout the process and would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors who are in need of such services.

Work scope included lifting and leveling a portion of our slab on grade basement floor. Danish, the crew foreman, called the morning of the appointment to confirm. He and his helper arrived and walked the job for me to confirm the scope of work and ask questions. They started in one corner and appeared to be having success, but then discovered that the machine was not mixing very well and that they would have to reschedule. Danish returned within 2 days and completed the work single handedly on his weekend. Danish, at all times was professional, polite and knowledgeable about his trade.

We had a company come in and give us a cost of over 20,000 for one unit and that was all outside work and no guarantees the problem would be resolved. I was very impressed with the installation crew from beginning to end! I have had other bigger projects done of all sorts from landscaping to remodeling and have not had a more positive experience. The crew was clean, conscientious and considerate of my my home and my schedule...contacting me days before installation and informing me about what to expect and introducing himself, in my case Lalo was the guy. Danish came to our house today to complete the work we had planned and did a SUPER job. He took time to walk my wife and I through what he would do, made some recommendations on how he would finesse the scheduled work to make sure we had not further issues, and then got right down to the job. Danish fixed our sidewalks, a cavity under our porch, the garage floor and our (large) driveway with results better than we had hoped for. A great guy, a great product, we are very pleased. Way to go Danish!

How To Kitesurf

I know these guys do great work, the only problem is the carpet is typically damaged from the contractors pulling it up themselves. This makes your carpet near impossible to seem backup and look good when they are done. Call a professional carpet installer to remove the carpet prior to them starting work and ruining your carpet. Do not let anybody but a carpet installer cut your carpet; they know how to do it so it can be seemed back up properly.

Jacob and his partner (Nick) were really good at my job site. They were enthusiastic about their ability to lift the concrete pads that had dropped. I had a very worrisome interior floor drop over the last ten years and they were very careful and confident that their foam jacking would work just fine inside too. Jacob was very willing to speak to a neighbor about his concrete concerns too.
