Amazing customer service and Todd Terry with Apple Aire has earned the title of "Trusted Advisor" for all things HVAC with our family - we are an Apple Aire customer for life. I would strongly recommend Apple Aire to anyone needing HVAC service. PROs: Answered the phone promptly and courteously to schedule; Confirmed our service appointment prior to showing up, including a call from the service technician; Showed up on time, very polite and professional; Repaired our AC system quickly and clearly explained what the issues were, including recommendations for going forward; Very reasonable amount charged for the service delivered that was worth every penny. CONS: None. We engaged three different companies prior to Apple Aire, and I am sharing our experience so you may avoid the same mistakes. 1) Applewood plumbing heating & electric-Repair quote was more than a new unit, and quote for new unit was three times what it should have been, plus they wanted to sell club memberships so they can find things to fix; 2) Parker Heating and Air Inc-Said we were in their service area, yet happily billed us $150 when they showed up stating we are actually "out of their service area", and that was simply to provide a quote which they have never delivered, so bait, switch, and cheat; 3) Paradise Heating and Cooling-Left a message for them during normal business hours, they called back to schedule an appointment, confirmed, and the service technician never showed or called, costing me missed work. In summary - Apple Aire is a reliable and trustworthy service provider you can depend on. We are an Apple Aire customer for life.

Our first experience with Todd Terry and Apple Aire was several years ago when our(original) hot water boiler went out on a cold January day. Todd quickly determined that a broken water pipe in the crawl space was the cause. He also advised us that our homeowners insurance should cover the cost of a new boiler. He was right , and within a few days a new boiler was delivered and installed. Since then, over the past few years, Apple Aire has installed an evaporative cooler, new attic insulation and water-proofing in the crawl space. All of these projects were completed on-time, and within the cost estimates provided. Todd and his crew are friendly ,clean, very knowledgeable, and responsive to customers needs. One of his crew even came on a Sunday to repair a leak in the cooler after we had turned it on for the season. They have earned our trust. Apple Aire has our whole-hearted recommendation for any cooling and heating job, big or small.

TERRIBLE! Would not trust them at all. Todd Terry was suppose to perform a regular checkup on our boiler. He came over and turned off my entire system so neither I at 7 months pregnant, my 17 month old or our pets had heat at 7pm at night in freezing temps. He was extremely melodramatic about the system being unsafe. We just moved into the house and had it inspected by a VERY well respected professional. He charged me the $125 and left us without heat. The producer from the Tom Martino show, Mike Basset, just shrugged and said we should get a second opinion. We have had other HVAC companies in and were looking for a reliable and competitive company NO ONE waved their arms claiming it was about to explode. It was installed years ago and several families have inhabited the home. APPLE AIRE IS A SCAM!

"Our furnace was not working properly and would not heat the house above 53 degrees. We called several heating contractors who could not come for several weeks. I called Apple Aire and they were able come out that same day. Shane looked at the furnace and said it needed to be replaced due to a broken heat exchanger, we were not surprised as that furnace was 23 years old and well past its life span. Shane was able to get a new furnace and he and his brother installed it that night staying until 9 pm. He was very thorough and explained everything. Once the furnace was on, it immediately began to warm our house. We appreciate the great service that Shane and Apple Aire provided and we will use them for all our heating and plumbing needs." Todd is wonderful to work with. He and his sons are very responsive. Both times I have called they were out the same day. This last time I called at 7pm and Todd was at our house in less than an hour. Which is a far cry from any other HVAC companies I have called in Denver - some never even got back to me in the past. Also, Todd and his team do not nickel and dime you over little adders. They give you a straight answer on what is wrong give options on how to address and where it makes sense will tell you not to worry. One of the fan housings on our furnace was cracked and rather than trying to sell us a brand new one he told us a little super glue was all we needed. Todd has gotten customers for life with my wife and I!

Todd and his crew were awesome! Great customer service and a great price as well! Apple Air replaced my furnace and air conditioner. I felt confident that I had made the right choice, but then from the minute they came into the house and laid carpets on our hardwood floors and plastic on the carpet I knew we had made the right choice. They arrived around 9:00 am and stayed until 8:00 pm to complete the job. In my experience, most companies would would have left at 4 or 5 and said we will be back tomorrow to finish. I plan to use them to service my HVAC system every 6 months. I would highly recommend this company!

A+ experience with Apple Aire. Had Shane and his crew out to inspect our furnace for zoning issues. They were able to install a new furnace, water heater, and repair extensive damage to our duct work quickly and with quality work. Workers were friendly, professional, informative, and extremely hard working. The crew left the work space spotless at the end of each day. I feel safer knowing that our furnace safety issues were taken care of completely. I plan on using Apple Aire for our yearly inspections and any future maintenance on both the furnace and water heater; would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Apple Aire to get a quote on insulating my attic. During the initial home visit it became obvious that I needed to do a home energy audit before making any improvements. I scheduled the audit and was very pleased with its thoroughness. Jason, the one who conducted the audit, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during a follow up email conversation. In the end I decided to put off the work but would consider them again if I choose to move forward with it.

I tried to go cheap with a non certified HVAC person and had lots of problems; leaks, not efficient, not good equipment, and more leaks. I was referred by a co-worker to AA and I was very pleased. It was expensive to fix all my issues but they spent a full day fixing my system. You get what you pay for and I learned an expensive lesson. And thanks Shane for educating me during the walk through.
