9/16/13 Mn Insulation Plus came out to spray foam the walls and rim joists in my basement and a bedroom/bathroom area on the main level. The spray foam should have been 3 inches thick. The walls were acceptable, but much of rim joist area was under sprayed. In some places, the foam was only 1.5 inches thick. I called Mn Insulation Plus to discuss this issue. It was decided that Cory would be sent out to look at it and an appointment was setup for 9/27. Cory never showed up for the appointment and nobody ever called. I again call Mn Insulation Plus to discuss the issue. This time I talked directly to the owner Steve. After talking with Steve, it was agreed that the insulation had been under sprayed and it needed another skim coat. He said he’d send someone out to take care of it. Another appointment was setup for 10/18. Nobody ever showed and nobody ever called. My final call to Mn Insulation Plus got their voice mail system. I left a message stating that the issue was still unresolved and I wanted to discuss it. I’ve never heard back from them. Bottom Line: Completely blow off 2 appointment is bad enough. But not even a single phone call to explain/reschedule, that is just unprofessional, completely uncalled for and show how little they care about the customers satisfaction. I recommend you avoid them.

MN Insulation Plus just finished insulating the attic and garage walls for us. The job the men did was outstanding. Very professional. They had to enter part of the attic trough the master bedroom, we have white carpeting and I got a little concerned. No problem, the men covered the carpeting and there was no insulation on the floor after the job was done. They even took off their shoes when they came into the house. We could not be happier with the job that was done. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience with MN Insulation Plus. I had foam insulation sprayed on the walls in my basement. Chad and his crew did a great job. The insulation was applied evenly and filled all the voids between the wall framing and joist cavities. They were punctual, friendly and did a good job cleaning up afterward. If you are looking for a competitive bid on this type of work, I would highly recommend MN Insulation. Ask for Chad.
