TLDR They will bend you over and overcharge you if they have the chance. I called Streamline to get some help with a leak on a 50 year roof that they installed 4 years ago. The salesman told me it was caused by an ice damn (which it probably was) and that there is no way to keep ice damns from forming. He gave me an estimate of $1800 to clear off the ice and that I could only get it done if I agreed right then and paid him. I normally would not cave to such pressure but a warm day was coming and I was afraid of the water damage that could happen when the ice melted. When their guys came the next day it took 2 hours to remove the ice and they were using hammers and chisels. I was hoping for that price they would have at least used steam or something so they did not damage the roof. The two guys clearing the roof barely spoke english, so I am guessing they probably got paid less than $20 an hour. So basically the company did $80 worth of work and charged me $1800. Would not hire again for any services.

We have an unusual roof line in that we have a gutter-less designed house w/ a large overhang. After replacing a couple of beams & the deck flooring because of rain we decided to get gutters on the deck side of the house. They came out & gave us an initial estimate that included over sized, copper colored gutters. Since the estimate seemed pretty reasonable -we gave them the go ahead. Then. when they were on their way out I called & asked if they could fix a couple of shingles that were worn. They said if we had any extra shingles to leave a stack out near the deck & they would try to get to it. -it would run about another $50. We were out of town that day & came back to new gutters, roof repaired, & everything cleaned up. - In addition they added an entire side section of gutters that was not over the deck for the same price. Roof was patched & they did not charge us any extra & the best part- that lets me brag to our neighbors- is that one section is a 60 foot seamless gutter that looks just great.

Had a great experience with Streamline Enterprises. My husband made the call to have them come give us a quote and they came on the date they said they would. When they called to schedule an appointment my husband thought they would come a week or so later, but they had a cancellation for that day. So they came and started to install the installation in a matter of an hour or so. I was pleased with the work they did and the fact they even worked 8 hours in the cold rainy day. They had to leave to get more product, but were back as soon as they could to finish up. They did an awesome job cleaning up. The gentlemen that came in to settle up the bill was very polite, shook our hand and thanked us for the opportunity to provide a service for us. The other gentlemen outside also thanked us for letting them serve us, wished me a blessed weekend and away they went. Very profession, yet polite gentlemen that did the work. Would have them do any other work I need done.

I own a small flooring company and know the satisfied people normally do not write reviews. So I figured I would go against the norm and do so. I hired streamline to wrap my facia and soffit in aluminum and do a small roof repair. Normally I would do this work myself but time did not allow. First the salesman did a good job representing the company and explaining to me how and why the solid wood soffit area has to be properly vented first before the vented aluminum was installed. No other salesman from any other company explained this to me and that was the primary reason streamline was contracted to do the work. After about two weeks the siding and roofing crews installed the facia and soffit and completed the roof repair. Everyone communicated well and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

This company was supposed to come out for a roof estimate and home energy audit. They did neither. They came in, told me I wasted money on the Wallside Windows I just had installed, said they could not offer a competitive roof price, and did not perform the home energy audit. They left saying they would ship me the free energy efficient products, which never came. I just received a call a half year later saying they would like to come out again. When I tried to explain how bad things were the first time, they stated "Thanks for wasting our time" and then hung up on me. Horrible experience top to bottom.

Had a 30 foot section of gutter replaced and gutter screen on this and another section of gutter. The night after this installation we had a very heavy rain. The house has a steep roof angle and there was an area that water poured over the gutter in heavy rains in the past. It did not do it in this rain. No water came over the top anywhere. Looking forward to see how the screen works and NOT having to get on the roof to clean out gutters. I would have given 5 stars, but the gutter screen has to be time tested.

I recently bought a small house outside lansing Mi. I had Streamline install new windows, gutters and siding. The over all job looks great and the crew worked very hard in the cold weather. They recommended adding a radiant barrier along with and insulation board on the outside of my house to help reduce my utility bills and road noise since I am close to a busy road. The windows also helped with noise reduction and are so much easier to use than the cheep vinyl windows they replaced. NICE JOB!

The installers and sales people were very professional. There was a small piece of gutter that was not on the quote and the installers brought it to our attention. I contacted the sales office and they had already been in contact with the installers and told them to go ahead and take care of it free of charge. Very nice to deal with and the quote was the lowest one I received. Will do business again.

The salesman was very informative and answered all of our questions. Really made us feel at ease. The workers were also really friendly and stayed on the job until it was done. We would highly recommend Streamline to anyone who is looking to have any work done. Very pleased. Since the insulation has been installed the noise reduction is significant, and our furnace is not running non-stop.

We are happy with how quick the instalation process was. Installers were very polite and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Our gutters look great, time will tell how well they work. Had a few issues with some miscommunication at first but Brian was able to get the problem resolved very quickly. Overall very satisfied with streamline, will keep them in mind for future projects.

We had these guys out to put siding on our house. They did a great job. Our house was built in 1954 and had lacked routine maintenance.Our house now looks like the newest one on the block. I could not believe the level of detail. I am actually going to use Streamline to replace some of our windows this summer.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Streamline Installed a new front door for me. Went from French Doors to a single with side lights. The process from ordering the Polaris Door to the installation was on point. Everyone on the team was friendly. The project went very smooth and fast for a custom door. I will be reaching back out to them for windows in the future! Good Job guys!

To date I am satisfied with the gutter installation. Waiting to see what happens with first strong rain. I wish I had known that the gutters were available in a copper tone, however, as I would have preferred that over the green. The installers were very helpful, polite and efficient. We will likely use this company again for further needs.
