Where to start? I bought a used condenser and contracted John Morris Heat and Air to install it. However, the unit did not work properly after install. John spent hours trouble shooting the unit in attempt from keeping me from the inevitable, purchasing a new A/C system completely. He did not stop until he was sure the used unit was defective. I got to say, I appreciate that John took the time to try to save me money. He was open and honest about fees and pricing as he went, but there were no surprises, I knew a used unit was a gamble. And the age and current set up of copper lines were not helping. After we concluded that it would not work, John was kind enough to give me a fair competitive price on a new unit. He brought the new unit over quickly, and was able to find time to install it within a short period of time. This is the first summer in a couple years that my wife, two kids and I, are not huddled up by a window unit, still sweating. I can move comfortably in my home again. My experience with Morris heat and air was perfect. The owner of my house called them to fix my heater. They responded to the call immediately being that it was so cold and I have kids. John came right out diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it with minimal cost. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and cost effective. I would definitely recommend Morris Heat and Air. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. We own an older home and he makes suggestions to make our home more energy efficient. He also lets us know if there are any rebates we can get from our electric company. Also, he is punctual and keeps in contact with you. If he says he will there, he will be. The first time we called, he even came over to our home to look at our air unit at 8:30 or 9:00 at night!

John was very professional and had my furnace up and running in no time, well as soon as he got the part(no fault of his own lennex had to have it shipped to him) Yet when he got it he came right away to install the motor. Will definitely recommend and use his services again very glad to see services like I received from John at Morris Heat and Air. Oh and forgot to mention very good prices and good quality of work!

Morris Heat and Air is very good at what they do and always does what they say they will do. I will continue to call them if I am in need of any of their services. So far they have installed a new duct system for me, replaced my garbage disposal, fixed my dryer and installed an in-wall oven and an electric cook top range. They were much cheaper than I expected to pay.

I would really recommend Morris Heat and Air for your household fix. My washer and dryer completely died and every time John came over to fix or replace them he was very friendly and on time. Prices for fixing and or replacing damaged appliances is very reasonable. Definitely would use Morris Heat and Air over and over.
