Having never been in trouble with the law before, I really panicked when I got into some minor legal trouble. Although it was a mere violation, a conviction of the actual charge would have had a serious negative impact on my career (I was innocent of the charge, but due to my own stupidity that was almost impossible to prove). The incident occurred two hours driving distance from where I reside. Being unfamiliar with area law enforcement or attorneys I searched the internet for a local attorney. I put in my search terms and went with the first attorney that met my search terms and failed to read the reviews (as none existed). I should not have been surprised when, after the meeting with the attorney I was more unsure and nervous than ever. His office was shabby; he was unprofessional and made promises that, even in my inexperience, I was fairly certain he would be unable to keep, all for the mere price of $750 as long as we did not have to go to trial. I decided to research attorneys further, found Michalski & Militello, LLP. Mr. Millitello’s professionalism, air of competence and the sound reasoning he used when discussing my case, it’s implications to my career and the suggested course of action quickly put me at ease. I hired Mr. Militello to represent me and I am very glad that I did so. My case was resolved with no damage done to my career or my reputation and no long lasting consequences. His rates are very reasonable; especially for an attorney of his level of professionalism and competence. Adam Militello, He is an amazing lawyer he took my case back In March of the 22 of 2016 I was chargered with grand Larceny in the 4th I was accused of taking money from the state after having all documents stating they had everything back but with Genesee County they are harsh and because of the last name i use to carry they stuck me in the back with a petty larceny charge over nothing I even did wrong but thats the state laws for you Adam busted his ass tried to get all charges dropped but as I said Genesee County is a straight Joke and due to siblings who are criminals I plead it out to the petty larceny charge and got stuck with paying a fine of 820 dollars but in the long hall of this situation I have been stuck in. Adam is the best and he dose his best for his clients this man has been a huge part of my life and I would recommend this man to anyone who gets caught up on some bs but I will say this if u honestly did the crime you should pay the time.. Adam Militello I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything u have done for me and my family..

I had just recently graduated from law school and was awaiting my bar exam when I was charged with 3 class D felonies. Adam was incredibly invested and attentive from the beginning of my case. He greatly exceeded my expectations in how often he took the time to come visit me in jail with updates. He calmly talked my wife through the issues and helped her understand what was going on. Adam believed in me and took the case to jury trial in Monroe County Court. His courtroom performance was excellent, combined with a solid grasp of litigation procedures and law. The jury verdict was not guilty on the 3 counts. Worst-case scenario I was looking at 21 years in prison, and instead today I have my life back.

All my tickets were converted into a minor DWAI with minimum charges in just one court appearance, all I had to do was walk in with him to the court and he had my back.
