I was hit by a driver who failed to yield the right of way back in March of 2012. Shortly after the accident the insurance company for the person who hit me started to doubt my need for treatment. I tried to get medical treatment but providers wanted cash up front. I had just started a new job and didn’t have any insurance yet and was low on funds for treatment. I called a personal injury attorney who always advertised on television that he could help me get the care I deserved. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. I figured that my time was just as important as theirs and I hung up. I saw Mullen and Mullen on my internet search and called them. They put me through to Shane right away. He met with me right away and helped me get the medical care I needed without having to pay for it or go through the other guy’s insurance. His staff was always very friendly and helpful when I called. They kept me up to date and informed regarding my claim and helped me sort through the bills that were coming in. I had a back injury but didn’t need to have surgery. I still have flare-ups from time to time but have learned how to manage my pain. Shane called me last week and said that the insurance company was ready to settle. Money can’t give me back everything I lost but Shane helped me get enough to pay all my bills and give me enough money to start a small business. He always put my needs and what I was promised before his fees because the “Client comes first.” He was always honest with me and helped me navigate all the confusion regarding my claim. A buddy of mine was recently in a motorcycle accident and I sent him to Shane because he doesn’t make a promise he cannot keep. I give him an A+ as a personal injury attorney and would recommend him to anyone. The other guys may have the television ads but Shane Mullen has my business!

They did everything they said they would do, including their promise of 28% fee if we didn’t go to court. We got our settlement and are moving on with our lives after our rollover accident almost one year ago. After our accident, we called Mullen and Mullen and they sent an investigator to our home to assess our case. After consulting with one of the *big* firms we decided on M&M. The providers that M&M use are exceptional including White Rock Chiropractic. We received excellent care from Larry and his staff at WRC. Last, but certainly not least; Josh Banks- Josh helped us throughout this whole ordeal. He answered all my phone calls and returned my call promptly when he couldn’t answer. Did I mention promptly? Emails? Same thing. Always answered in a timely manner. I even was able to reach Josh by text, my preferred method of communication. Josh always answered my questions honestly and w/o making me feel like an idiot. I had never been in a accident/injury situation before and Josh helped me and my family through it with his personal touch. It was not fun at all but with Josh, we didn’t have to go it alone. He was a light in a dark storm. Thanks Josh! I would not hesitate to use Mullen and Mullen again (in large part b/c of Josh Banks). They do what they say they’re going to do and if need be, you can talk to Shane Mullen himself. Avoid those big firms- get the personal touch from Mullen and Mullen. You’ll be glad you did.

I was extremely blessed to have found Shane Mullen to represent me as my attorney. I was involved in a car accident that caused my car to roll on a busy highway. Shane is thorough and truly cares about the health and well being of his clients. He is respectful, keeps in touch and never, ever made me feel like I was "just another client". I write this review in the hopes that someone will be blessed just as much as I have in finding him. I want to share something that Shane Mullen & his father did for me. My case had been settled, which I was very happy with, a few months ago. Recently, a tornado came through and our home was a direct hit. My two granddaughters (4 yrs & 8 mths), my son, his wife and I were all home. My son had spent the day putting up all of my granddaughters Christmas. We all survived as we were all crouched down in the bathtub as it ripped the entire roof off and completely destroyed our home. Our home was considered a "disaster" and also all three of our cars were totaled. When Shane and his farther had learned that my family and I were involved in the devastating tornado, they reached out and gave a generous donation to help us with whatever we needed. What attorney would do that? I will never forget what he has done for my family and am forever grateful that I know someone like him!!

To: Mullen & Mullen Law Firm I was in a car accident and was injured. During my life time I had never been in an accident or had a lawyer. I called Mullen & Mullen Law Firm and my fears about the process were alleviated. Mike Foster came to my house and took down all of my information. Josh Banks was assigned to my case and he did a stellar job! At the beginning he called and introduced himself. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. Josh called me numerous times and made sure that the information was correct. He demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter, and was patient and kind on every single call. When Josh said that he was going to do something he delivered each and every time. I was rear ended in the Woodlands Texas and at first dealt with the Insurance Company of the person who rear ended me. After 5 months of them stalling, I knew I needed a good attorney to represent me. As my symptoms were getting progressively worse, not wanting to get lost in the impersonal Mega Lawyer stuff on television, my wife and I researched attorneys online and found Mullen & Mullen, they were highly rated. Without a doubt, that was the best decision I have ever made. The personal attention and the professionalism given to me by Shane Mullen and his staff was nothing short of incredible. Shane is honest and holds nothing back and will personally return phone calls even with some of my most petty questions. Natalie and the rest of the staff are equally as helpful and personal. First, you should know that I am an attorney myself, though injury law is not what I practice, which is why I sought out an injury law firm. This firm was professional, prompt, informative, and helpful from beginning to end. Sean Mullen spent a lot of his own time on the phone with me going over every detail of the case, so I never felt rushed or out of the loop. As for my particular case, it was a tough one. I have several previous back injuries since I was a teenager, and then got rear-ended on the highway. Due to my experience I knew I needed to call an attorney and get in to see a doctor right away. This firm helped me find a great office to get my back pain under control. Then, they took on the insurance company and made them pay every dime, and even got me much more than I expected in my pocket to compensate me for lost time and for additional pain. I really appreciate Sean and his firm and the great job they did with my case.

Shane mullen is a great lawyer. He is jot only great at his job but he really cares about his clients! I was rear ended last december and he not only got me in to see a chiropractor to start my healing, but called them to let them know to call me and set up an appointment for me right away! They also referred me to a great auto body repair shop that had me up and going in no time. Then when it came time to deal with geico about a settlement Shane went above and beyond to get me more than I expected. In my opinion when an accident happens you want the best. Best lawyer, best doctors and best repair shop. I got all of that and then some bu calling mullen and mullen! I would recomend them to anyone. All my calls were returned and emails answered so quickly and his assistant Natalie is so sweet and patient! Always so ready to answer all my questions!

Shane Mullen is an awesome attorney, he helped me from the minute go... I was run off the road last summer on I35 in Dallas-the driver would not call anyone and avoided all contact with me and my insurance so I contacted Mullen & Mullen and they came to my job and had me to a doctor immediately, then other medical treatments that were needed as my shoulder had a inner tear, and it was causing a great deal of pain. After all treatment was complete and my shoulder was healed, he began to work with the other carrier on a settlement and my medical bills, he did a fantastic job and I was compensated very well for my time, pain, lose of time at work, etc. I would highly recommend Shane and his staff (Natalie is a rockstar)...:) Keep up the good work and love your beautiful office!

I am a single mother with a beautiful 6-year old. I was driving her to school when this guy swerved in front of me and crashed into my car. Thank God I me and my daughter were not seriously injured but the driver of the other car simply sped off. A helpful person nearby had noted the license plate of his car though, and thanks to Mullen and Mullen I was able to make this guy pay for the damages he caused and the shock he put me and my daughter through. I have seldom dealt with people as courteous, understanding and professional as the Mullens. I hope no one has to go through what I did, but one this is for sure, the Mullens made the ordeal far more bearable than it could have been.
