April 29, 2011 I was so fortunate to have found Lorenzo Napolitano after I was issued a speeding ticket in Mt. Morris. I tried to negotiate with the Asst. D.A. to be allowed to enter a "diversion program" in lieu of conviction. I was denied admission. I called Mr. Napolitao, spoke to his excellent, supportive, and encouraging staff, who instructed me to send a statement to him, explaining the circumstances. I sent the letter and spoke to Mr. Napolitano, who put my mind at ease. I was particularly upset because, though I was distracted in my driving, I felt there were some mitigating circumstances (such as serious personal illness). Mr. Napolitano answered all my emails promptly. He proved to be an effective advocate for me, and negotiated my entering the Livingston County Diversion Program. The fee that I paid Lorenzo was but 1/3 of the rate increase that my auto insurance company would have imposed for at least 3 years . The $150 fee for the Diversion Program has already paid off in lowering my auto insurance by 10% for 5 years--a benefit I never imagined! I can’t even begin to express my gratitude for the services that were provided by the law office Of Mr. Lorenzo Napolitano. I most definitely recommend his services to anyone who is seeking someone who is prompt, courteous and professional. Mr. Napolitano confirmed with me all information and made sure I was aware of everything that was going on with my cases. No questions went unanswered. I was so thankful for the outcome of my case and I never thought it would be this easy for me to handle something so important from miles away. Mr. Napolitano staff has the best customer service and are very knowledgeable. Overall , 5 stars are not near enough for the services I received, more like a 100.

I hired Mr. Napolitano on two separate occasions. After the results from the first speeding case, I was encouraged to hire him again to represent my younger brother, who was also issued a speeding ticket in the area. The results were terrific. I was very impressed at the level of staff professionalism and the efficiency with which the matters were handled. I sent the requested information and was not bothered until the case was resolved in our favor. I highly recommend Lorenzo for your legal matters. 5 STARS 2 THUMBS UP. You rock, Lorenzo!

Mr. Napolitano handled my traffic ticket very quickly but also very professionally. He and his staff were great to deal with as they explained each step of the case very thoroughly. He and his staff stayed in frequent contact with me the entire time. They made the whole process very simple. They sent me all necessary forms and as soon as I would return them they would move my case right along. Having him represent me greatly reduced my stress and concerns. Lorenzo was very professional in my dealings with him. He recently handled a speeding ticket for my husband. His rates were very reasonable and he was very quick about responding to my emails. My husband never had to go to court and Lorenzo took care of everything. Lorenzo was able to get a big reduction of the ticket and saved us money by avoiding that stupid DMV assessment fee and not having a speeding on my insurance. I would recommend him to anyone.
