Mr. Sutherland helped me greatly with a recent dui arrest. When I contacted him, he agreed to meet with me, take my case, and go with me to my first court appearance all in the same day! It was wonderful to be able to find a lawyer that was able to help me on such short notice. When we arrived to court we found out that my case had been dismissed and the DA was not filing on the charges. This was great for me but a little upsetting in the fact that I had already written Mr. Sutherland a large check for his services. After we exited court, since his consultations are free and we were in court for approximately 15 minutes, he said he would only charge me 100 dollars and would refund me the rest of the money I had paid him! Overall, he was very reassuring and non-judgemental in a very scary, worrying situation and I was unbelievably pleased with the outcome and his representation!

I had received a deferral possession ticket for controlled substance of marijuana in 2013 and was facing 2 probation revocations at the end of 2014. I contacted Tom Sutherland and he was always polite and let me know what was going on with my case and his secretaries were always attentive and officiant. My probation officer was trying to get me to go to drug court and jail time but Tom got me the agreement of no probation and no jail time and no fines but that I was too now have the possession ticket on my record. Tom Sutherland is one of the most professional and best lawyer in Casper by far.

In October 2014, I was in a serious accident and was charged with my second DUI. Because it was my second one, the prosecutor wanted several weeks in jail and almost $1000 in fines, plus treatment, daily alcohol testing, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Tom got the blood sample surpressed and the fines reduced by over $600, kept my out of jail and kept me working. Daily testing was eliminated and I did not have to plead to a DUI. I save thousands in fines, increased insurance costs, and lost wages by hiring Tom.

I would give Mr. Sutherland 1000 stars if I could. My son had 5 felonies and he got it all suppressed. He was always ready to talk whenever needed. The state charged him with 4 pounds of marijuana in plant form. He was also charged with liquid form and crystal form. He had adderall and the highway patrol did an illegal search and Tom got it suppressed. He really fights for his clients.

I had a dui over 3 years and never once aboided being conbiced , then then i hired tom because of my past duis , the prosecutor wanted 75 days in jail and years of probation . Tom filed some motions and talked to the prosecutor . I pled guilty to careless driving and paid a $200.00 fine . The dui was dismissed . I would highly recommend tom to anyone
