The Pelly Law Firm recently handled my bankruptcy. During a ridiculously long and drawn out divorce, I discovered my now ex-husband had run up untold lines of credit in my name and defaulted on them all. Add to that, a hefty IRS liability with my name attached and you can imagine what a financial quagmire I was in when the divorce dust settled. I was fairly terrified of the state my life was in and even more afraid of filing bankruptcy. I am so fortunate to have found the Pelly Law Firm to help me calm down, pick up the pieces and get my life back together with a clean slate. My wife and I were going through hard times. Enough to where we considered divorce. She reached out to this group of thieves to make sure she was protected if in fact we did divorce. After no action was taken and we reconciled she went in to request no action be taken and relieve them of service and requested any unused retainer be refunded which would have been damn near all the $5360. They have denied returning anything and denied helping her with any further cases stating that that money was for a divorce case only. We are looking into suing this firm of criminals and highly recommend using another law office.
