I recently received a ticket for DWI and after I was released from processing I did not feel like I was treated fairly. First of all, the arresting officer did read my Miranda rights nor did I get a breathalyzer test at any point. So I called the Tully RInckey law firm for a quick consultation and it turns out that the way I was handled was not enough to build a case against me not to charge me with a DWI. At the end my DWI case was dismissed and I learned my lesson. Just happy I had someone who knew what they were doing and looking out for me.
