I decided to book a trip to Hawaii thru this office. I have never had such mixups. Reservation was made in the wrong name and they refused to help change it. After hours on the phone with the airlines I finally got it straightened out. Mostly. Because of the name issue i did not receive any frequent flyer miles for an entire Denver Hawaii round trip. And now the office has failed to renew my membership even though i have driven to the office TWICE to renew. Each time theyve charged my credit card but i just got a "membership expired" letter. An office of incompetants.

I have been a AAA sense 1993 and have been very happy the my AAA until now. I occasionally need a vehicle moved from location to location for various reason. Never been a problem, I did not abuse this or overuse this service, it was always a part of my membership until now. After 24 years of membership I have been informed that this service, called a courtesy tow is no longer part of my benefits. There was no notice of change of service when I renewed and paid for memberships for my daughter and grandson. I will be looking for alternative towing services.

I recently had a need to use their bicycle service. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The dispatcher at AAA did not seem to know anything about bicycles, she had to put me on hold for several minutes to figure it out. The AAA advertisements show a service truck equipped with a bicycle rack but that is not what they sent. They sent huge tow truck with a driver who was not equipped or trained to handle a bicycle. He strapped my bike to the truck like it was an old Harley and over my objections he strapped it down so tightly it could have caused damage.

What a great experience Gerri and I have had with AAA. Our travel agent was Angie in Denver. She was very considerate, knowledgeable and spent the time to do the trip right, the first time. We have done several trips through AAA and they have all been top of the line. Whether it is a trip to New York or Live Oak Florida it is always a great job. Why would anybody want to go else where? Way to go AAA, keep up the good work.

This was the easiest and most pleasant way we have ever purchased a car--new or used! We called on a Monday and described the model and color we wanted. Mike had the exact model at AAA for us to drive on Wednesday on the snow and ice. On Friday we took it home! Mike even got bids on our old car and sold it for us. We have since recommended AAA and Mike to family and friends. We hope they follow through!

I recently visited AAA for insurance on a 5th wheel. They were great and worked with me and my family to obtain the best rate possible. They also gave me suggestions that would help me save more in the future. While there, we stocked up on maps and travel guides for a trip we are planning. They were very nice, polite, and patient while answering all our questions.

Disappointing experience. Requested a car insurance quote to compare with other insurance companies before my renewal. The agent that contacted me from AAA Colorado emailed a quote. I contacted her to accept the quote but she would not honor it. She seemed to have difficulty using the AAA computer program, seemed inexperienced, and was very unprofessional.

This review is for the Wheat Ridge office. Everyone there is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Dianne booked my vacation to Universal Studios in Orlando -- it was fabulous! Everything went as planned by Dianne. I could not have been more pleased. Plus, she is the best I have ever delt with and would not hesitate to book with her again.

Organizing our AAA Wine Tour was very easy. Morris, the AAA agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and made the reservation process so easy. Endless Disappointment I was kept on hold for 2 hours and 17 minutes during my roadside emergency today. At that point, AAA hung up on my phone call, failing to provide assistance in any way, shape, or form. Absolutely atrocious service, particularly for an organization meant to assist during emergencies.

It is the 40th anniversary of my AAA Membership, and the AAA Services and their people have accompanied me without interruptions for all these years...
