My husband and I went excellently served by this law firm. We were victims of a drunk driver and uninsured. We absolutely oriented and made all the necessary steps to support as much as possible and the results were the best. without loss of time for us they took care of everything and were outstanding medical expenses and the time my husband was out of work. from the beginning it was easy for me to realize the experience and professionalism of Zanes and gave me all the confidence I needed, clearly explaining every step they took and possible outcomes. It was very comforting to realize that they were really interested in seeking the best for us.

I was rear ended by multiple cars last year. I tired to deal with the insurance companies on my own determined that I could hand things on my own. After several months of trying to get payment for my medical bills and still not having any of my phone calls returned I decided it was time to get some help. I am so grateful because the did everything and took a huge weight off my shoulders. They made sure all my bills where paid plus a little more for me. While they were negotiating they kept me in the loop with phone calls or email and catered to calling me after hours when it was best for me. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Everyone that is and has worked with me on my case have been very pleasant to work with.They are really good about getting back to me and Shawna went above and beyond to get back with me about an urgent matter in less then 24 hours which I greatly appreciate it. The only thing i can say is going into this people really have understand there is some extra cost involved that is over what the Law firm gets pays so just make sure you read and know that going into this your only going to walk away with about half of what you settle for.Which its not big deal to me.... Over all a good experience

I am fortunate to not need Zanes Law for any accident but the work they do for the community is second to none. Around 2010, I reached out to Doug, who is from my hometown, to see if he could help out with sponsorship to a youth travel team. He gladly helped us out. He paid entry feed for two of our tournaments. After that, my wife who is a teacher, has benefited from their giving back to teachers event they do every summer. The people at Zanes were very nice, I was always taken care of and they always called me back in a very timely manner. Ty was very helpful and I thank him for going above and beyond for me, it was appreciated. Diana and Shana were also very helpful and I bothered them alot. The only down side I had was having to wait for the state to do their part and even then Zanes never seemed bothered by me calling and bugging them about it.
