I have had Secura for several years now and not only were they the cheapest premium through our insurance broker, but have always been available for towing during breakdowns to a mechanic. I even get a follow up call confirming everything went OK after a claim. The staff are always pleasant to work with. I have had insurance from bigger, more well known insurance companies and all I got from them was higher premiums and longer hold times.

i had very good customer service from my medical rep. the auto rep. Jody was rude and if I asked a question she would get an attitude, I talked to her manager and she was very nice. I should not have had to go to a manager. This claim will be 100% paid for by the person who hit me! I have several policies with Secura and hope the customer service improves.

Great place to work! Leadership genuinely cares about people, partners and product. Employees have an active voice and decisions are not made in a vacuum. Good transparency. Definately not state farm. U get what u pay for. I had storm damage to roof and they gave a bogus estimate. Of what they think it should cost to fix. My neighbors on every side. Are getting all new roofs,siding and gutters but secura says they cant see damage.

Nightmare, I was added onto my landlord policy and got into a hit and run. It took a year to get an check. Now I have moved and cant get my landlord to go to the bank with me so i got a useless check and cayden janse is no help at all:

missed a payment because my chevk come in the 16th and their round about is the 12th and they would not let me change payment date. so they canceled on me.
