If I could zero stars, I would. GEICO has been my insurer for 4 years, and when I got rear ended by an uninsured motorist, they did everything in their power to not help me out with dealing with my totaled vehicle. I have had to call them and ask for updates every time, they have not called me once. The inspector that handled the value of my vehicle gave me the lowest possible value for my car, even after I presented him with facts and proof from major auto sources. Mind you, I even work for a car dealership. Even though I am legally eligible to pick where I want to take my car for for body work, they wanted to complain about storage fees, and are making me pay out of my own pocket, some of the fees. It has been a month since my accident, and I have still not had everything settled. As soon as this is over, I will not be a returning customer....GEICO YOU SUCK! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS!!!!

This is a review for military and contractor families insurance. reviewed with over 5000 who have dealt with or had. In part they have had past history of being well in their policy but in the last two years something has gone rotten in their company and corrupted. From rate increases on good drivers, and customer service to scamming policies sales and possible fraudulent insurance licensing practices. To include canceling when asking for claims on coverages from accidents on non faults. They need to pay for their mistakes and come out of their employees payroll checks. For investigations have shown and found they try and and other companies not do claims in order to extort money.

Sidney was a very rude individual. I came to him looking for car insurance and he talked down to me, laughed when he saw my insurance premium (got into a bad accident in 2016). And on the way out he told me "maybe 2017 will be a better year." Good riddance. I will gladly take my high premium elsewhere.

If I could give them no stars I would!!! I got in a accident over a month ago! It took them a week and a half to come out and inspect it! And the repair shop has not received the check yet. Everything you call no one EVER calls back, especially Candance Davis the Cincinnati rep!!!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

GEICO has given me AMAZING motorcycle coverage! But horrific on renters insurance because they outsource it.

I pay $49 for insurance with Geico. I was paying $120 with USAA for the same coverage. Towing is also free.
