Our agent is Andy Lee. He gave us a much lower rate than our previous insurance company, and he thoroughly explained every part of the process including what happens if we were to make a claim. His friendly personality and the excellent communication between us and the Kimberly Lee staff made switching insurance companies easy and flawless. PLUS he worked with our schedules and met with us until 7pm.

Insurance can be found cheaper anywhere. These guys are a joke when it comes to customer service as well. They are counting on people not price shopping. I have a car insurance policy saving me $595 for the same coverage through a competitor. If you enjoy high pressure and poor customer service, this is the place.
