HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! CECIL BURT is not to be trusted, the ADJUSTER JOEL Lies and manipulates. My life partner of 20 years passed away, I am vulnerable, they took advantage. Lied a check was in mail for a flood in my recently deceased partners home, no check came, showed me information about check had wrong last name, lowballed The estimate until I called JOEL out on it then all of a sudden it was $5000 more money, The man AD & I had a relationship and have a 9 year old son. CECIL took my America Express for a life Insurance policy in AD and my sons name in an instant! But THE FLOOD cannot be paid to me because the home was in AD’ s name???? Needless to say I contacted my attorneys and my friends from NEW YORK are so upset they are in route to support me and this bad behavior by CECIL BURT AND THE ADJUSTER JOEL.... they will be here soon:)

Moving from NY the team here handled everything I needed from renters to car insurance, and did it all with minimal effort from me. When it came time to renew, they made sure to contact me when they saw a new policy was started while the one with them was still in effect and handle everything from fixing this, to refunding money spent for the overlapping policy. State farm is fantastic, and this office is by far the best there is.
