I have been a customer of State Farm Ins - Mike Sollie Agency for almost 10 yrs and have found them to be the absolute BEST that I have every had for my insurance needs. Every time that I have had a question or needed assistance, Mike & his team have been absolutely awesome and as a person in the customer service field (20+ yrs) myself, I am really appreciative to receive the kind of great service that I give to my customers when its my turn to be “the customer”. Because of this, I never hesitate to call anyone in this office, (including Mike) because you all are so professional and caring. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I called in on behalf of a close friend of mine who moved here to North Carolina from Michigan and I was not able to speak with Mike Sollie. I was able to speak with Christie Dean though and she had remarkable customer service. She was very patient, attentive to listening to everything I was saying, and she provided great insight on a few circumstances that were new to me concerning car insurance. Great customer service!!!

I have been with state farm for years. I started off at Ken Suttons office in clinton. An we will leave that one alone. Then I moved to amy walldropeds office in apex. Now I am with mike. They only reason I moved from amys is bc of Christy Dean and if she moves I will go with her. She has always handle everything for me in a timely manner and when she is not there it is a mess.
