In a world of everything being online and automated phone systems I have found that customer service is lacking and seems to be a thing of the past. But when I switched from State Farm to Allstate, specifically Ficquette Insurance Agency, it was like going into a time warp. Everyone is polite, patient and knowledgable. He was very upfront and honest with me and even advised me to wait 2 months to setup my car insurance with them because I would have been penalized from my current insurance company if I did not switch at my renewal.
