After having our insurance through one of the big national companies for a long time, we made the switch over to Cludy Family Insurance a few years back and couldn’t be happier. Brian and his team initially took the time to understand our situation and goals before presenting us with several different companies and plan options and then helped us choose the best insurer and coverage limits for our family’s needs. What has really impressed me however is their ongoing effort to evaluate our policies on a regular basis and proactively recommend any needed changes to our coverage or opportunities to save on our premiums. 2 houses, 4 cars, one traffic accident, and a business start-up later I’m still extremely pleased with CFI and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a full service insurance agency who truly puts their clients’ best interests first.

Brian Cludy has been my insurance agent for years and I never had to file a claim until I recently got into a fender-bender. I called him right away and he advised me on what to do, then called around to find a place that would do the repairs AND offered a free rental car. He filed the claim and made it so easy! He also followed-up to make sure the repairs were done to my satisfaction. It was so nice to have one person to call and not have to call a large-company type call center. Brian was curteous and professional and very, very helpful! I definitely recommend Cludy Family Insurance!
