Ryan has gone above the role of an insurance agent... he is my friend and someone I can trust that fights for me when it comes to my car or home damages. I saved about $40-$50/month by coming to Allstate from Geico. I also have better auto and home owners protection. Ryan hand held me through my first claim when I was hit by an unlicensed driver. made the calls with me and advised me how to best approach the situation. Great customer service, very fast response to requests. I was renting a car standing in line and sent an email asking for my policy number and Ryan responded in less than 2 minutes just as I got to the counter. Now thats service! This agency never lets you down. Has 2 windshields replaced within 72 hours of notifying them too. Love these guys!
