If there was SUPERB, I will give it to AXIA. I mean, the people who support the company make the name and Andrew Austin is that person who make AXIA look GOOD! I LOVE this guy! We were first time home buyer and we had no clue how to go about getting a loan and Andrew made it look like piece of cake. He did a lot of leg work for us and got all the necessary documents to us so we can get the loan rolling and he was there every step of the way with encouragement and immediate response to our needs! I recommended him to one of my friends and she is so thankful that I did; she was telling me how Andrew makes her feel like she is his one and only client! He does and I am soooo thankful and blessed to gotten hooked up with this incredible and awesome person! And no, I am NOT some fake person who writes good reviews. I am a real home buyer who is super happy with Andrew and AXIA and my sister in law who just got her house a week ago can attest to his professionalism and dedication too!

Just searching for the “right” house is exhausting. When you add finding a loan that suits your budget to your home search then your headache will turn into migraine. I have trust issues with my friends let alone “Mortgage Company” However, working with Andrew and the team has lowered my anxiety. My questions were answered on timely manner with a language that I could understand. They were transparent with the numbers (fees) The last deal was even better than what was promised on our initial encounter. They didn’t lose money and I didn’t get burned or played. They say that buying a new home (or refinancing your home for that matter) is one of the top three most stressful things you can do in your life (along with getting married and having a baby.) So why wouldn’t you want to work with a loan officer (and his A+ team) who will get you through the process as hassle-free and as seamless as possible? Jay Wildin has provided us with excellent customer service, he is responsive, honest, and simply the easiest to work with. We were definitely in good hands. I’m sure there were details and hard work behind the scenes, but for us, we’ve successfully refinanced our home headache-free. And that’s the best thing any buyer could ask for.
