I have been waiting for since 2005 for the pink slip to my car. Every time I call they tell me they have submitted a request to the loan processing department and it is now 2014 and they are still telling me this. This company is the most incompetent organization that has ever been given the license to operate. I highly recommend you refrain from doing any kind of business with these people. Do yourself that favor.

Ecentral is the BEST! I’ve always had a good experience when I speak to anyone. They pick up the phone quickly and are always able to answer any questions I have about my account, and are always friendly and helpful when I deposit checks. Was a bofa customer- I’ll never go back. They still offer a free checking account too. Glad to still have local banks that care!
