Absolutely HORRIBLE credit union. They lure you in with the enticement of high interest rate checking accounts (which you never seem to make the monthly requirements for, even when you point out the errors on their side to show you DID meet the requirements), they advertise that they refund ATM fees (but fail to tell you that you have to have receipts and only 28 days to claim it), they repo cars for being SEVEN DAYS late and then charge over three hundred dollars in repo fees, the staff is VERY unprofessional and rude, and they share your information with several advertising companies. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I have been a member for years and they always give what is promised. Everything was clearly stated in my paperwork when I openened my account. I love Kasasa! The qualifications periods were given to me when I opened and it is very easy to qualify! My ATM fees are credited automatically when I qualify. This is an awesome account. The employees always go above and beyond to try to help.

Love this bank. I love the people that work here. BUT, in order to apply for a loan i have to leave a message. I left a message earlier today and still no call back. I have never heard of that coming from a bank.

Completely horrible. I called and called. No anwser or i stayed on the phone for more than 1 hour. It took them more than a month for a call back. I receive a email saying I was denied. Well. Okay.
