my account was hacked by a scammer, I went to the bank and they reviewed charges on my account and discovered what they had done. They immediately helped me to close my account and set up a new one. They were also able to print out all the automatic payments on my account so that I could go and update all of them to my new account. I am so grateful for their assistance with this problem. They are always so helpful and willing to assist in any way.

I went in to the Taylorsville (4700 branch) to open a new checking w/debt and savings account because my boyfriend had recommended them. I was quickly greeted and helped by Karen Rushton. She was super friendly and helpful as she walked me through all the options. She informed me about all sorts of convenient tools like bill pay, direct deposit, and the app to do it all! I even left with a chip card in hand! Very smooth and easy!
