Great agency! Mr. Ivan & Mrs. Guadalupe Ortiz, have a very respectful and professional of way of doing things. I have my own independent dealership, an when we send customers to get their auto insurance before they drive off, they give some of the best rates and options. Trust me when I say that their rates beat other top insurances.

Candi and Danila very nice. But the rest of that place a mess. No one ever answers calls and when I come in the old lady argues about her personal problems in front of everyone. I wish they would spend less time arguing gossiping and pointing the finger and actually fix my issue.

Very poor service, no follow up, intransigence and high prices. I was paying more for the same I got from other State Farm reps. I requested a reason to stay as customer and they said we speak spanish. Check at least two more estimates before going into deals with this people.
