AAA insurance is the worst experience of my life. It took the over a week to create my policy. I had then paid for my policy to find out 2 days later that they could not insure me. Communication was horrible, emails and voicemails would go unresponded for a day or two. Then as I was trying to get a refund since I could not get my policy, they told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get it back to me. Never ever buy insurance through AAA.

Nice people, gave maps but some, need training. Slow, old fashion processes. I spent 3 hours there to transfer membership and auto insurance from other state. Have to go back after, to sign a corrected paper. AAA is not inter state connected. 1 month after and still going there and calling to fix mistakes made by their associates and doing all I can, to lower the very expensive TX premiums. They do not respond emails.

Better than average rates. Slow service. Disorganized and conflicting information. Terribly outdated processes! Agents are usually friendly but make mistakes. Internal review adds delay in implementing corrections! Policy changes that should have taken 1 day to implement have taken 45 days (and counting).

Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and were very friendly. We came in for insurance pictures which they took care of fairly promptly. In addition, they asked us if we might need travel maps. Gave us all sorts of maps for toll roads, travel guide, etc. Plus a canvas bag for the books.

Really nice people! Fast, polite and efficient. International drivers license in just a few minutes. Almost no waiting. Really good experience. And I am not even a member (but I may join after this).

These people were rather rude, it seemed they were irritated by us making them do their job. The "deals" they found for us were no better then what you can find with a quick search on travelocity.
