I recently moved to Texas and was buying a new car and needed to get insurance on the car before being able to drive it off the lot. I called State Farm, Markus Tolson on Monday and the receptionist told me Natasha would call me back with a quote. My call was never returned and on Tuesday when heading to the dealership, I called again about a quote or just speaking to any agent. The receptionist again tried to just have me leave a message for Natasha. After some frustration and explaining that I am a new customer trying to give them my business and would love to speak to any available agent, the receptionist got Natasha on the phone. Natasha apologized saying she was sitting with someone but would call me right back since I was buying the car that night. After getting off the phone with her it was still unsettling. I ended up calling another State Farm, Barry Hoskins. The man who answered the phone was very nice and informative and ready to speak to me right then. I ended up signing up for insurance with that location, that night and was able to drive my car off the lot that night. I am glad I went with my gut and called another location because it is now Monday of the following week and Natasha called me back to talk about my quote...
