I will start with I am not even a customer of this company. I received an e mail with a confirmation of payment. I called to find out what was going on. After calling for two days I finally got to talk to someone. The person I talked to was an idiot she could not under stand that I leave in Utah and that my cars were registered in another state. Because I told her that I lived Utah she said I need to talk to the Utah branch. When I asked to talk to a superviser I was told they were not there (all were at lunch. Right!) I took the number and called hopping to talk to someone smarter. I called and the number wasnt even a valid number. I called back and after being on hold for 45 min. again I talked to someone that had a clue that person gave me the policy number and a phone number to call the place that started the policy. Again not a custermer and this place just gave out the policy number no qustions. When I called the site that started the policy they said that they would take care of it. 2 weeks later I am still getting e mails for payment confermation. If you have insurance from this place I would look for a new company.

Where do I begin. Unprofessional, super duper rude, ignores calls/messages, lies, etc...etc. In was involved in a wreck with one of their liability policy holders. It was one excuse agter another from ACCC about why they could not make a determination. Driver was in Mexico, phone tag with driver, blah blah blah. I was informed to get to through my insurance company and they had 30 days to make a decision. Fine. My insurance company had no problem reaching the other driver and making a timely decision about fault. I waited 30+ days and never heard from them. I finally called and was given the run around(by a supervisor) and eventually offered me a 50% deal. Of course, I didnt accept this and ended up paying my deductible and will allow my insurance company to fight with them to get their money back and mine. I have no idea how this company is still allowed to operate in Texas. I have filed a complaint with texas dept of insurance. I could go on and on about my experience. Ive never been though this much with an auto insurance company. You better hope you are never involved in an accident with one of their policy holders.

How unprofessional this business is. From adjusters to supervisors, this company is a joke! One of their insured hit my vehicle. For three weeks, they claimed that they could not claim who was at fault even though their insured received a citation at the scene of the accident for failure to yield the right of way. When finally admitting fault, and since I already had the vehicle fixed, I requested that they covered the loss of repairs. They sent me a check for a grand less than what it cost to repair the vehicle, claiming that I could have replaced with cheaper parts....I do not want cheaper parts, I want factory parts on MY vehicle. Its my business, Its my vehicle, it was your insured that caused the accident to occur. If I could rate this business with negative stars I would. I see all the other negative reviews on this provider and wonder why they are still in business. If you are in an accident with this company, I would pursue a lawyer immediately.

The worst insurance company. I have a 2016 Chevrolet want to pay me for parts that are not original, made an estimated themselves are neither mechanical nor should know anything. They have to pay for original parts in a car that is pre-owned, I have no fault that one of his clients hit me from behind. If they are to do their job do it well. And also they tell me that the estimate is what will give me no solution. If I could give it to them 0 stars

I will be reporting this company to BBB and suing them for the damage their insured caused to my vehicle along with pain and suffering damage. Your insured had a large piece of wood fly from their van and damage my car and also put me in shock! We were on the freeway and i thought i was going to die!! Your adjuster cancelled my rental vehicle while my car is in the repair shop! I have no transportation to pick up my young son from school today! I literally had a panic attack when enterprise called me that ACCC tried to cancel the rental car yesterday, on a Sunday! When the company is closed! Your company will be responsible for any and all additional mental anguish, as well as lossed wages, etc. I will not let this go until you all do the right thing by the law! I will request the max in court! I will also be writing a personal letter to the President of ACCC, Jack Ikenaga Jr.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. The appraiser Sam Acuff is the most unprofessional person I have felt with. He quoted refurbished parts on my car and told me that they were not refurbished. He also hung up on me when I callled regarding the quote. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Filing a claim through ACCC has been the WORST experience I have had with an insurance company. I do not know if their phone connection is bad but on my claim they listed my car make/model, phone number, and address incorrectly. The more I talk to them it feels like they are just playing games and giving me the run around. Other issues worth mentioning would be 1- It is impossible to reach the adjustor on the first try. 2- The employees are not professional. I have received a lot of attitude. 3- They have no motivation to get moving on a claim.

Worst company in history. If you have to deal with them its best to just have your insurance go after them or just sue. Also GET A POLICE REPORT or the will try and deny the claim. What a fruad place of business. Their insured ran a red right totalling my vehicle, they only took 70% responsibility for her RUNNING A RED LIGHT. My Adjuster Laura Rendon was the worst she never returned my phone calls and tried to avoid dealing with the claim as much as possible so unprefessional. Im out of so much money because of this company and their insured but do they care no, they only do whats best for the company. 4 months later Im still dealing with them. File a claim with the Texas department of insurance as I did and lets get them shut down. That is what this company deserves.

No idea how this company is still open. Read the reviews here,on yelp or visit the BBB as they show what a scam this place is. They refuse to pay out any money after a car driven by a driver insured by them hit into my parked truck. They rarely answer calls, never call you back after leaving a message and when you do get to talk to somebody, they lie. My adjuster, Mr Herman Suarez, repeatedly told me that the police report on my accident was not available even when I was sitting on my computer looking at it. I have never dealt with such deceitful people in a so called "professional environment". I am about to start legal action using a Houston based firm. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. It has been 4 weeks since their insured hit me. I finally got a written claim and was able to drop off my truck for repairs. Now need info on rental no call back. I have called, my husband has called we have emailed....still nothing. Both the dealer and car rental place said they were the worst company to deal with...they were not lying. Veronica Gonzales is my adjustor. Neither her nor the supervisor return calls. I will be returning the rental tomorrow because I am not going to be inconvenienced any more than I already have by this company. Just praying they can finish the work on my truck and ACC acctually pay the claim

This company is the worse insurance agency I have dealt with... My vehicle was hit by a person insured by them. Filed the claim and from there on took forever to get reimbursements for the repairs and vehicle rental. I had to deal with Veronica Gonzales, a self-called “Fast Track Adjuster” and EVERY time I sent an email to her, she did not respond!!! I had to send her the same email about 6 or 8 more times (sometimes more…) on different days and times in order to get an answer. Tried leaving voice messages and that did not work neither. I finally got my check and a short-cut reimbursement on the replacement vehicle’s reimbursement: took two months!!!

I had an accident on January 8th with a driver insured with ACCC. As I was trying to find a company that would repair my car, two of them told me that they do not work with ACCC because they do not pay the claims. I agreed to receive a check to reimburse me for the expenses but 6 month later the check still did not arrive. They refuse to communicate through email therefore there is no paper trail for the process. They also told me that the check will not be issued in my name but on the leasing company therefore I should find a way to endorse a check even when my car was leased with an out of town company. Very disappointed in the process.

I was rear ended by an ACCC driver on December 18, 2015. This is by far the most unprofessional and shady insurance company out there!!! Wish I could give them lower than one star. They do not answer your calls and take their sweet time to do anything. Not to mention they have illegals that have no drivers license, insured somehow. Beware if you get hit by one of these customers, CALL THE POLICE!! And good luck getting your vehicle fixed in a timely matter. Oh and you better make your own arrangements for a rental because they drop the ball on that too. Neither their adjusters, managers, OR branch managers answer their phones!!

this is the absolute worst company i have ever delt with. I got rear ended from one of their customers and they first did not adjust my car correctly, only allowed me a 3 day rental and my car took a week they called called and called about when i was bringing my rental back, they did not like that they had to provide extra days now they are trying to make me pay for a day of rental and lose my deposit on the phone right now this is crazy these people are so helpless. they also wanted to use USED car parts for my car to be repaired. Such a Cheap company i do not recommend ANYONE TO USE THIS COMPANY! worst experience EVER

Thanks for the advice. I will be contacting my Attorney Monday morning to take care of this company. I can tell by my 1st conversation with the claim representative and adjuster this company is shady as hell. But Im not going to talk nor cry I will just let the my Attorney take care of them. I advise people who are insured by this company its not worth the money you saving with this company. I will prefer to spend more money with a well known company before I spend a cent to have my car insured with this company. And no Im not a customer I was hit by one of their Flea Market Licenses Drivers.

I just received a letter from this insurance company and it lists me as claimant for an accident in December 2015, there are two names listed under insured person and driver. I have no idea who these people are, I did not have an accident in december, nor have I ever even heard of this insurance company. I am very concerned that someone is stealing my information now, especially after seeing all these reviews. I am trying to get a hold of them and the run around is ridiculous. They transfer me and the phone cuts off. This is beyond frustrating.

This company is a fraud. A client of ACC hit my car, and the adjuster who will not answer her phone did not go to look at my car that has been on a towing lot for nine days. One of the only times I have spoken to her, she said my car was totalled. She did not see pictures, or send anyone to look at my car. It is at an auction right now without my permission. The staff is extremely rude and will try to lengthen your process as long as possible in order to make you just pay for damage.
