1.I wasnt happy because I felt the questions they asked descriminated against me , zip code, age, color ect.I wanted to by pass those questions and get a quote she has all my personal information and now I feel my life is in danger behind this companies agressive behavior by her words and actions. I WILL NOT TOLORATE FEELING AS SUCH. THE DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION THEN THREATEN YOU IN ANY WAY OR MANNER.however she never explained to me if it was a yearly 6 months or any of that. They need to explain why such as, we need and for these reasons. No one is perfect but, to go as far as to call your home after you have have explained to them no, I do not want you to go ferther, you asked to be removed for their calling list to have them hang up the phone in your face, AGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR, making sighs like yeah uh hugh as to threaten you,you call back because of the blatant disrespect to speak to the manager they leave you on hold. But wait, I have ZERO TOLORANCE FOR this and has reported all of this to the STATE OF TEXAS . Thank you and have a good day. If I see strang activity around my home my job, my home, the law says: I TOO have a right for self defence!PEOPLE DO NOT INTERACT WITH BUSINESSES TO ENDURE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR.

Horrible auto insurance company !! The customer service is unproffessional. I paid for my policy to start and it ended up getting cancelled 2 weeks later because the agency did not send in my application and the pictures of my car. Alejandro did not do his job! I am really pissed. I tried calling both the agency and my insurance company. Both unproffessional and was not helpful at all! You get what you pay for!!
