This agent (Jose), and his staff are the worse set of people you can deal with ever! They have the worse customer service in Houston. These people have put me on hold/mute just today 1/20/2016 for 15 minutes total! I have been trying to get clarification on my bill since I started dealing with them and that was 3 months ago. Through multiply phone calls, emails, and text messages, these people will never response to you. If I leave a message for Jose to give me a call back he never does, each and every time you all. They place you on hold, then you get transferred back into their queue, only for them to put you on hold/mute again. If you do actually speak with someone they will tell you Jose is in a meeting. He is always in a meeting. He is never available. I just went online to attempt and pay my bill, only to see that there is no bill due at this time. Mine you, I just spoke with Jose this week about my bill. This is ridiculous! The information you see online is never the same as what he tells you in person. The staff is rude and unprofessional! Do not do business here at all. State farm as a company is ok, but definitely not this agent and definitelynot his staff.

Run!!!!! Absolutely pathetic the only good ratings are from Jose himself and his employees. Desperate to cover up how horrible he is. He steals money, never returns phone calls or emails, always on "lunch", and when you actually do speak with him he acts like your wasting his time when you need his help. Horrible attitude and worst agent. I feel bad for his employees because they are good people but work for a complete imbecile. I had to call state farm corporate to finally be transferred to a new agent because he refused to do so not once but twice ( first time he called me and begged me to stay after refusing to transfer my info ). They will call you for months trying to get you to sign up with them but spare yourself the trouble and go with a different agent because Jose Vasquez is the worst agent in Houston and is only good for a headache and disappointment.

Deserves no stars. Unethical practices. Shady, unorganized. Grimy sales people . Had a lot issues with my policy. Deliberately gives false information about the policy just to convince you to sign up. Pushy, and overall disinterested in the level of satisfaction or customer service he delivers. Overall very dissatisfied and disappointed in the experience I had with this agent. Save the trouble, save the calls and the uncertainty. Go elsewhere.

I get calls from these people all the time!!! I have repeatedly asked not to be called and have blocked them on my phone. However, they continue to call and are able to leave voice messages! I have never done business with them and never will. I will be reporting them to every agency I can in order to stop them from disturbing my peace! If that does not work I may be forced to take legal action against them!

All the positive reviews are ones employees have left under the direction of Jose Vasquez. Do not believe them. STAY AWAY from him and his office. He has withheld payment from his employees and lies to his customers. An agent should act in the best interest of their clients. He does the complete opposite. He is irresponsible and corrupt. His actions will catch up with him soon enough.

Highly disorganized , terrible customer service. The staff is extremely incompetent and always ends up overcharging us due to their mistakes and lack of attention. Norma, one of the staff, ignorantly told us that a $50 overcharge for the past four months was not a significant amount to her. Just save yourself and find a different agent.
