If, like me, you have felt that the era of the insurance agent who genuinely knew and cared about you and your personal needs was past, and that "service" was just whatever product line the company was promoting that month, you should meet Susanna Nunn. Ms. Nunn is the owner and principal agent of a State Farm Auto Home Life Insurance agency in Kernersville, in the Piedmont-Triad area of NC. Ms. Nunn is gifted with the rare ability to listen to and to perceive what a client is saying. She takes the time to learn her clients’ needs and cares enough to suggest possible solutions that are not limited to State Farm’s insurance/ product lines but that incorporate her extensive knowledge of the area resources. Her office staff reflects her style and competency; she personally follows through with each client after an initial contact to ensure a client’s needs have been met. As a newcomer to the area and the state of NC I responded to one of her ads for a quote for auto insurance. I was displeased by GEICO’s unannounced rate increase in 2008 and the difficulty I was having in obtaining an online quote for a tenant -homeowner coverage as well. One of Ms. Nunn’s staff agents assessed my preferences and my needs. The quotes for both policies were well within my budget, were less than anything GEICO quoted, and provided precisely the coverage I wanted. I was pleased and surprised to receive a call from Ms. Nunn personally a few days later to be certain I was satisfied with the policies. She also invited me to come in for a brief interview. Although the purpose of the meeting was business, the atmosphere was one of caring and concern. We discussed a plan to ensure that my future needs will be met; the plan is both efficient and affordable. I was licensed in property and casualty insurance with another major company some years ago so I know what I’m talking about when I say that Ms. Nunn is an agent of exceptional ability. She comprehends the true importance and value of insurance that is both affordable and complete, particularly for clients like me, currently disabled and temporarily living on a fixed income. If you appreciate excellence in customer service, if you value an agent’s extensive knowledge of the company’s products, and if you want a mutually respectful relationship with your insurance agent, Susanna Nunn is the agent you must meet.

When Susanna started my coverage I had two inexperienced drivers. After shopping around with SEVERAL insurance companies, Susanna helped me to get the correct coverage and the lowest premium of all the companies. In addition, as I have had questions or needed a change in coverage, she has always been a phone call or email away. Several of my friends have switched their coverage to her at my recommendation and they too have been very pleased with her customer service and costs.

They always make themselves available when I need to see them, return phone calls and emails promptly, look out for the needs of what is best for the customer - they made several recommendations on my coverage and explained where I was lacking and where I could cut back to give me the best protection.
