Had my car towed to the local aaa center. There was quite an ordeal trying to choreograph the arrival of the tow truck but after a bit of drama that was finally straightened out. Then when I got the quote from the guy at the shop it was absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! I called my mechanic n he quoted a price $100 cheaper. When I called to tell the aaa guy that my mechanic would come get my car he changed his story n said they could cut my price by $75 more. That made me so mad! I thought it was terribly unprofessional to try for a biding war to win my business. I always thought aaa would be worth the money but I still went with my own mechanic n ended up saving $300!! I just thought that was a horrible way to do business! The only good part of my experience was the truck driver. He was awesome otherwise it was a huge waste of time!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Called ahead and was assured they did transmission work. Had car towed to them based on this. They wanted $4300 plus a $55 diagnostic fee for a new transmission. After they looked at the car, they amended their prior statement to say that they do "some" transmission work. In other words, they do not repair transmissions but they will replace it for you! Had it towed from them to a real transmission place and car works fine after having the oxygen sensor fixed for a total of $250! So the AAA care center is deceptive, fraudulent, and incompetent when it comes to accurately diagnosing and fixing the problem! So disappointed with their "service" after having paid membership for several years and never really needing them until now!

I was pleased with the service I received at AAA Carolinas on Straford Rd. in Winston-Salem. The service was done quickly and all that I talked with were professional and kind. I really appreciated that no one tried to create an additional problem with my vehicle as has been my experience with other businesses. I plan on going back to have additional work done and would highly recommend that all would consider AAA first.

I was driving my car Saturday Morning stopped at a light and it just died, would not turn back on. Called AAA, they responded quickly, towed me to the AAA Service Center, where they replaced the battery and alternator and had me on my way quickly. There was a nice clean lounge with computers, TV, free wifi and free coffee. Great Customer Service and I will happily do business with them again.

I do not recommend taking your car to this location. Very unprofessional. The only lady there that I have seen always smells like alcohol, most of the mechanics are standing outside smoking and goofing off, the short guy up front beside the alcohol smelling lady stutters after every 2 words and they will always find something wrong with your car. Very disappointed.

Pretty long time for service but at the end it was great!! I am satisfied!! When i picked up the invoice and it didn t show what was the problems. I asked them so i got it now. Thank you for doing service for me.

Ordered tires from tirebuyer and selected AAA Auto Center as the installer. Great service and took extra care not to damage my wheels on my Fiat 500 Abarth. Highly recommended.

Had a coupon for 19.99 oil change but was told it would cost $75 for oil change just because I have a Ford edge... Made no sense to me nor could they explain. .

Great staff for both the travel side and the auto care. Fortunately I have never needed the towing service, but nice to know they are there if I do.

Visited the AAA office on Black Friday to take advantage of the 1/2 price battery sale. The service was prompt, courteous and efficient.

I would not visit this AAA ...they must really hate their jobs. Customer service is totally lacking. Go to AAA Greensboro instead.
