WAIT! You tell me you still have people who care about their customers. Well Mr. Eddie Snead does. Long story short, I lived less than 10 minutes from the AAA location. For years, I never took my car to AAA because of the customer service was so bad. I would drive right passed it to another auto repair company right down the street. Well about 2 months ago, I had to get my car towed to the Pisgah Church location and this were I met Mr. Snead. In just a few minutes, I knew something was different about the staff; more smiles and a willingness to help. I asked the question, "Are you guys under new management?" and the response was “things are going to be better now”. And man they were right. But this is not why I am writing this review. I am writing because my car was having problems and I was getting ready to leave to go to a marriage retreat. I was going to rent a car because I just knew no one would have time to look at my car plus repair it because of the lateness of the hour. Not only did Mr. Snead and his wonderful staff had my car ready when he said, the price was affordable as well. So Mr. Snead, because of you, I have wiped my slate cleaned with AAA Auto Service and because of you Mr. Snead, I have made your location my number one auto service provider. And yes I will and I have recommended your location to my friends, family and my Christians In The Marketplace Ministry. Thanks Mr. Eddie Snead for bring back good customer service to AAA.

They also do not honor special offers emailed from AAA and overcharge on the services. When confronted about the situation they lied about what occurred during the time of service in order to close the complaint I had. Once I spoke with my significant other the same day they told me that what the manager told me occurred did not happen. I posted on the BBB about the situation and they responded with a comment saying I was being misleading and inaccurate. Very shady business. I would highly recommend staying away. They have multiple complaints across multiple reviewing websites for people complaining about the same types of issues. That is not how a business should interact with the public.

Very disappointed with service. Car was: Not completed on time Damaged in several places (received discount for one of damages) Tech was clearly aggravated with scope of work and voiced discontent Have been Part was broken during repair that had nothing to do with service that delayed car being ready as promised Car was in for timing belt replacement, spark plug replacement, and transmission flush Will obviously not return nor recommend. Premium prices for very poor performance. Horrible value.

Terrible up-charges on the parts cost. Even just a quick search at Autozone and Advance auto parts show they charged 3x the "retail" part cost for a lot of the parts on a radiator replacement (in which they replaced the whole thing). $30 for a radiator cap that costs $5, $35 for antifreeze that costs $10, etc.

They have the worse service, will never take my vehicle there again. If I could give a 0 I would. After making an appointment for a repair, without even checking my vehicle I was told I needed to maybe take it to a dealer, to check my door to see why my door lock was not working.

The worst customer service ever. Each time I have been here they attempt to charge for extra work. Refused to complete service on my vehicle & told me to leave. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. Highly recommend that you stay away from this repair shop.

Had a dead battery replaced in minutes at a good price with a great warranty ! Service manager was professional and very helpful getting me in at the end of the day when I arrived. Have had several state inspections done here and always professional and courteous.
