Mitch Ratzlaff, State Farm Insurance Agent, and his office staff, are by far the most reliable, hard working, and knowledgeable, insurance and retirement investment help we have ever had. We have been with 4 other companies for our insurance needs and retirement investments. This time, when I got the notice that my bank had not received payment on the home owners insurance, I did not have to make 3 to 6 phone calls to figure it out. Mitch called the bank and straightened out the whole mess! When we got lost going to his office, his secretary gave us step by step directions, staying on the phone with us until we arrived. I highly recommend Mitch Ratzlaff as an insurance and retirement investment broker, because he has integrity and will only sell you what you need.

Best Insurance Agent!!!! Takes time to listen... NOT pushy or trying to sell you stuff you dont need. Mitch is a really great guy who genuinely cares for his clients and what is in their best interests.. If you still enjoy being a name and not just another number then please go see him. Reliable company, friendly staff... been with them forever and I willl NEVER leave.
