I called Mr. Traffic ticket to have them take care of my case. They told me to fax over my ticket, which I did and called to make sure they received it. 3 weeks later I call to get an update on my ticket, it is no where to be found in there system. Then i scan and email it to them. As frustrating as it is I called to get another update a weeks later, i was told the trial date has been set. Then I receive a paper in the mail from them say my ticket has to be paid in full along with a $300.00 late fee!!!! Do not waste your time with these guys, you will get nothing but run arounds!!!

Mr. Ticket quickly answers their phone every time I call. Messages are returned quickly. People on the phone are always friendly. The attorney himself sometimes calls you when he has some questions. Always polite and to the point. They keep in touch with you regarding court dates & other things through the phone or letters.
