I was very happy with my experience at Biales Delchin. Robert Biales was my attorney but I dealt with other attorneys there and I was happy with everyone that was involved with my case. I thought that Mr. Biales and all of the staff there were very connected to me as a person. Mr. Biales really seemed to really care about my emotional health and he went out of his way to help me in ways that were beyond his call of duty. For example, he gave me his cell phone and was available to me 24 hours a day and on the weekends. I called him even on Sundays and he was always receptive and helpful. Everyone in this firm will go out of their way to help you and comfort you. Mr. Biales and the employees who work there are very compassionate people. Also, they will not rip you off by doing things that they do not have a very strong feeling will help your case. Mr. Biales talked me out of several actions that I wanted him to take but that he thought there was no chance to win. He would have made a lot more money by doing what I wanted but he cared enough to tell me it was a waste of my money even though it hurt them monetarily. I was always kept informed which is huge to me because I have had other attorneys and felt like I had no idea of what was going on but I always was informed by Mr. Biales. He was always thoroughly prepared and seems to be one step ahead of the other attorney. I was very happy with my result. Mr. Biales and the employees and other attorneys at Biales Delchin were sensitive, realistic and positive. They never gave up and fought to the end unlike any attorney I have ever worked with. They are a very good firm with honesty and very fair billing and pricing policies. I would recommend Mr. Biales and this firm.

I was very happy with my experience with this law firm. The attorneys I worked with were extremely knowledgeable and fought unbelievably hard to get me out of a situation that I seriously thought was hopeless. I had a great deal of fear over the situation and my calls were returned promptly even after hours and on weekends. The calls were returned by my attorney who took the time to listen to me and advised me in a way that restored my peace of mind I probably called too much but they were always very friendly, receptive and helpful. I always felt like they really cared about my case and also that they cared about me as a person and genuinely wanted to help me. They are a good honest firm and I am sure that anyone who uses them will get the same.outstanding service as was provided to me.

Many years ago Mr. Biales (we call him Rob) helped me and my wife though some pretty troubling legal times. The federal Gov. had come down on us pretty hard and we were reeling to say the least. He brought us into his office and with compassion and legal expertise guided us through the mine field...making us feel at ease and sure we were in good hands. He took all the time needed and with a great deal of patience solved our immediate problems to the point we were able to move forward with confidence knowing we were heading in the right direction. I used this law firm to handle my divorce and child custody and was overjoyed with the result. The attorneys got me full custody of my daughter (no shared parenting) and an excellent property settlement and no spousal support. Biales Delchin is a very professional, competent and honest law firm. I worked with two different attorneys who were both very experienced and really cared about my case. I thought the billing was fair (they are not the cheapest but also lower than many I called and you definitely get value for your money with this firm). All the other lawyers told me I would not get full custody of my daughter but these guys made it happen.

Robert Biales wins cases. He is a street fighter who employs unorthodox gorilla tactics that i do not necessarily embrace. However, as CEO of a long time, well established Lake County business, Mr. Biales and his firm, Biales Delchin, are our go to attorneys for all of our litigation and immigration matters because they make things happen. I have employed dozen of attorneys-many from big name firms-and this is my advice based upon those experiences. If you want to win, hire Biales. If you want to pay five times the amount of money and lose cases, hire someone else. Bob Biales wins cases!
